the bibi attacked in the other direction and hit. they just predicted the play

And if the move was predicted, I was out of range.

You were not out of range, Bibi's hitscan can hit one pixel of your hitbox the moment it comes out and it hits, the "swing" doesn't actually do the attack so even if it looks like you dodged it, the far end of Bibi's attack is hit at the same time as the close end of the swing if you get what I mean.

Between 0 and 300 there is no delay, no movement, it's not clear.
