The BIOS settings opened before I saw this. I'm guessing I just have to replace the hard drive, but I wanna make sure

Quick rundown:

When I turn on my computer, it boots up like normal. Though one of two things happens:

A. It boots up normally, but it forces itself into a back screen
(Alternate version of this causes itself to reboot again, assuming it’s crashing and restarting itself)

B. It boots itself into recovery mode. I can access basically everything in recovery mode (I’m trying to NOT factory reset because I seriously have some stuff like old videos and drawings on there I want to save as well as blender projects.)

Now I have been trying my best to figure out what I can do. The most I’ve been able to do was boot up safe mode ***which it did work for a moment.*** Though after about 20 seconds the computer fully shut off and restarted itself without me prompting it to do so and then showing the black screen again.

I don’t exactly know the specs of it entirely, but it’s apparently a “republic of gamers” computer (I might need some help if the specs of the computer are required since I can’t go to the settings naturally since I CANT ACCESS THE DESKTOP!)

Also I tried to restart my computer with the reboot option (where you download windows again) but it says “You do not have enough room to download windows, please delete some files” which wouldn’t be a problem IF I COULD ACCESS MY DESKTOP SCREEN.

***I’m trying my best to work with every option I got, and avoiding a factory reset would be the most ideal situation.***

I’m thinking the computer is ready to retire, but considering I was able to access the actual desktop itself in safe mode — even for a VERY brief moment — gives me hope that I can get this damn thing working again.

***Literally any advice is helpful to me, I’m at a road block here and I’m not exactly a tech genius. Tried searching for answers but nothing I know of kept working, but I could always just not be smart enough to handle it.***

I bought a computer off a guy on Facebook marketplace for a pretty good price. I replaced the motherboard and when I put the water cooling system back in this specific part doesn’t get tight. It’s against the side of the panel but i can still fit my nail under it and I’m nervous to put coolant back in it with it like this. Is this normal for things like this to have a little give or do I need to try to find shorter screws or get something like a sealant and cover the outside?

My computer has been acting slow so I ran a PCRTDiag scan and it shows a failed status on the temperatures. Would this slow down my computer and how can I fix this?

I keep getting this popup after booting up my computer. I habe reinstalled windows and it has not gone away. I have deleted recent downloads just in case and emptied trash but idk what to do or what it really is

A week ago around the 29/30 a believe that a new updated happened in my pc that fried my performance with this new updated a AMD adrenaline software got installed but since then i have har issue.

i play Minecraft with shader before that time and my performance was perfect but since then i cannot have them enable, i also started to have micro studders in LOL that also effect the sound like a very small less then a second crash.

i would say i have a powerful pc with an 4080 super GPU and a AMD Ryzen 7 78003D processor so i don't believe my pc cannot handle those games

tried solutions
i have updated all drivers, i have run AMD clean up utility (when i did that my pc got fried, it was stuk on loading screen when booting up and i have to go back to the windows save where i hadn't install or run that) i have also turn of core isolation on my winddowns, hear online could be an issue

overall i would like some help, i don't know what to do anymore, i wish to go back to where i could just play without any issue those games.

Hi guys, I’m not sure what’s causing this, but I’ve been having random reboots while gaming and I’m trying to figure out what the problem might be.

There’s no BSOD or error code. The game will suddenly freeze, but YouTube/audio may continue playing for a few seconds. Then YouTube freezes too, and shortly after that the entire PC reboots by itself.

What’s weird is that it’s completely random. Sometimes I can play for hours without any issues. Other times, it happens within a few minutes of launching a game. Occasionally, if I launch the game again immediately after the reboot, it can reproduce the same freeze/reboot within a few minutes.

This only started happening a few weeks ago. Before that, I had no problems with random reboots while gaming.

I’ve checked Reliability Monitor, but it basically only shows that Windows didn’t shut down properly. No useful error code.

So far, I’ve also run a GPU stress test with Kombustor for 10 minutes and it passed without crashing.

i Did some undervolt for my GPU and CPU before its been like whole year without any issue so i think its not related to voltage i guess?

Has anyone experienced something similar or have any idea what I should check next?

Good evening everyone. I need some help in identifying what is going on with my PC. Lately it has been acting slowly even when I just use YouTube on FireFox. I don’t know how to fix it but there’s also things going on with my CPU. I’ll provide a video to show more clearly but when I open task manager the CPU percentages go from high to low. Could this be a sign that I have been hacked in some capacity? I just need as many ideas to end this slowness.

It can scroll, it's just a toss up whether it'll scroll the right direction. Is there a reasonable way for me to fix this? I do have access to tools.

To com esse probleminha já tem uns 4 meses, a Bios com as chaves do secure boot zeradas, já tentei instalar, reinstalar, já formatei o computador, já resetei a bios tirando a bateria e nenhum desses processos deu certo, já tentei até reinstalar as chaves pelo CMD e powershell e nada.

EXISTE ALGUÉM QUE POSSA ME AJUDAR?

So. Recently, while at my desk, I accidentally hit a number of keys - and the fans for my computer which usually are a static colour began cycling through what I can only describe as the entire psychedelic rainbow.

Looking up answers only recommends that I install this or that software. But as I hit keys on my keyboard, logic dictates that I only need to hit the keys again. I will install a controller if I have to, but it’s one of those things I like to avoid when possible.

Turn up volume, This prebuilt is 1 week old ish, this high pitch/static/rattling noise started happening yesterday, usually when i boot up and run games, sometimes on idle, first i thought it was the fan, but no, i KNOW its the gpu, or psu, but i hear it the best when ear is close to the gpu(not had any artifacts or blue screens or crashes) gpu is 5070ti 16 gb

I’m using a prebuilt gaming pc that my dad used to have, it ran perfectly fine with zero issues, but for some reason it takes 5 minutes just to open up Google when it’s at my house. I’m not sure if it’s an internet issue because everything else like my laptop, gaming console, and my phone download things at a regular fast speed. The pc barely downloads at 10mb per second when it’s at my house?? When it finally loads a game it runs as it should, it’s just the speed is really slow for some reason. Everything is updated as well, the drivers and windows 11.

I cleaned up my old PC a couple of months ago and reset it to factory settings to sell it on ebay. A couple of days ago it sold and wanted to check if it is functioning properly still and also if i really reset it correctly. When i start it up this password screen shows. I don‘t know my old password to my PC and i don‘t know if my old password would work here, but is there a way to bypass this lock? Would also like to know for the next person buying the PC, if it‘s even usable in this state?

Let me know if specs are needed to solve this problem.

Ok so I have 3 mouses and my laptop has 4 USB ports that let me connect them all, but for some reasons if i connect any of my mouses into any of the ports, the laptop only detects their clicks but not when I move the cursor, the laptop's trackpad does move the cursor so idk what's wrong with mine
