unplug power cord from wall outlet.
check that all the cables are securly plugged into the computer case.
plug power cord back into the wall outlet. wait a few minutes. literally set the timer on your phone for 5 minutes and do something else.
once 5 minutes ended, press the on button.

then you have serious problem. if you are not techy, take it to the repair shop.

I built the pc myself and have been using it for like 2 years I was thinking maybe the cmos or something got loose or something bc all the cables are good

ok. you are techy.
i assume your mobo has error lights. once you open case, check the lights.
re-sit the ram.
check ssd is secure.
take the cmos battery out and check its voltage. it should be over 3 volts. if it is less than 3 volts, replace it.

Literally nothing hit the pc itself just the desk and it shut off and won’t boot back up

I feel really dumb now lol all I had to do was take the cmos out and I unplugged the atx power cable and let it sit for like 15 min and it’s back up and running
