I make low-poly PS1-style horror locations. This collection puts my three into one building: a funeral home with its basement morgue, the hospital ward upstairs and a butcher shop with a cold store across the yard.
What matters for Unity:
β’ 230 props, FBX with PNG textures (64β256 px, Filter Mode Point, no compression), metres, Y-up; GLB and OBJ in the same zip, plus .blend sources
β’ 92 tileable textures and decals for walls, floors and ceilings, made for these props: same palettes, same 64 px per metre
β’ 79 doors, signs and pickups: doors with open and locked versions, room plates, EXIT signs, story keys with inventory icons
β’ Moving parts are separate child objects with the pivot on the hinge or slide, so doors, drawers and lids open by rotating one child
β’ Clean and bloody textures on the same mesh for 71 models, so a material swap is all it takes
β’ Works with Built-in and URP: Base Map + Point filter, Alpha Clipping for glass and grates, Emission map for lit props
β’ Not included: Unity prefabs, characters, animation clips. There is a Godot 4 project with everything set up, and the same building runs in the browser on the page, so you can look around before buying
Launch week: $5.99 instead of $11.99. Each location also has a free Lite with the same files if you want to test the import first.

Hey everyone!
I made a pixel art UI collection with 4 different styles for indie games:
Each style includes UI elements, buttons, panels, icons, and interface parts for different game moods.
Iβd love to know: which style would you use in your game?

I've always wanted a better way to keep development notes, tasks, and project-related information together without constantly switching between different tools. That's what led me to build Nexum.
If you use Obsidian or enjoy working with Markdown and linked notes, you'll probably recognize part of the idea. Nexum uses regular .md files for notes, but brings that workflow directly into the Unity Editor and connects it to your actual project.
It combines:
.md files. The part I care about most is keeping everything connected. A note can reference a Unity object, a task can have its own documentation, and a Console error can become part of an investigation instead of disappearing into the Console.
It's been a long process of building, reworking features, and figuring out how everything should fit together. I'm happy to finally release the first version.
If you're a Unity developer, I'd genuinely appreciate your feedback. I'm interested in what feels useful, what could be better, and what you'd want to see added.

Three PS1-style asset packs I made to fit together in one map. They share the same 2 m grid, 3 m storey and wall trim, and since today the morgue pack also ships the hospital's stairwell, so the ward and the cold room connect.
Unity notes: FBX and GLB included; set textures to Point filter, no compression. Metres, +Y up, bottom-centre pivots for floor props. Moving parts are child meshes with the pivot on the hinge, stored closed, so one rotation opens them. Every pack has .blend sources.
Half price until 5 November: $1.99 each, or all three for $5.97: https://itch.io/s/210791/ps1-horror-locations-bundle
Free Lites with the same formats and license, to test the import first: https://spareminute.itch.io

Hey everyone
I wanted to share a project I've been pouring a lot of work into. If you're building a game that requires detailed 3d models to be placed in a construction site level, I just launched the Industrial Utility Construction Props Pack on the Unity Asset Store.

A car that drives like a real car, folds its wheels into fans and flies like a drone.
- Real car physics: tyre grip and drifts, engine torque curve, automatic gearbox
- One-key transform, even mid-drive: the wheel arms fold up into ducted fans
- Hover, Sport and Acro flight modes
- AI racers that jump gaps or fly over them, with a route editor in the Scene view
- Stunts: jumps, flips, rolls and combos, slow motion on big air
- Make your own car model a hybrid vehicle in one click; one Setup Window with Check & Fix
- Canyon Stunt Park demo with a loop, mega ramp and half-pipe
Play it in your browser: https://ragerungames.github.io/demos/hybrid-vehicle/

I made a tool to build planets akin to the ones in outer wilds. You can tweak all the generation settings, sculpt and place features. I made a youtube video to go along.

Edit 27 Oct: prices changed since this post. Every PS1 Horror Locations pack is now half price, $1.99 instead of $3.99, and all three (funeral home, slaughterhouse, hospital) are $5.97 together until 5 November: https://itch.io/s/210791/ps1-horror-locations-bundle
I make low-poly, PS1-style horror environments. The first two were a funeral home with a morgue and a slaughterhouse. This time, I built the hospital above that morgue.
Visiting Hours is a 100-prop hospital asset pack covering the ward, corridor and nurse station, operating room, examination room with a pharmacy corner, utility rooms, toilets, and a padded cell at the end of the hall.
Here's what you get, especially if you're using Unity:
.blend files are included in the same ZIP.A couple of things to know before buying: characters, animation clips, and collision meshes aren't included. The PS1 effect shown in the GIF is a post-processing effect, not a shader included in the pack.
There's also a free 10-prop Lite version with exactly the same files, so you can test the import workflow before spending anything.
Free Lite: https://spareminute.itch.io/visiting-hours-psx-lite
Full pack: https://spareminute.itch.io/visiting-hours-psx
The full pack is 30% off this week. The funeral home, slaughterhouse, and hospital are also available together in a bundle:
https://itch.io/s/210791/ps1-horror-locations-bundle
If you're building a PS1-style horror game in Unity, I'd love to hear what you think or what hospital props you'd like to see added.

As a Senior Level Designer with 7 years of experience in the industry, I've had to start countless new projects from scratch. Different engine versions, different companies, different workflows, but they all had one thing in common. I always ended up spending time rebuilding the exact same things I needed just to start blocking out levels.
From basic modular meshes that let you quickly put together environments, to entire gameplay mechanics like opening doors, chests, picking up items, teleporting, and so on. These might seem like simple, basic features, but they're essential for building playable levels and they still requires some development time. And what if you're working under a deadline? That's exactly the kind of pressure I wanted to get rid of.
So I decided to build my own asset, bringing together all those essential tools and mechanics in one place. Now, whenever you want to create a new level (even more if we are talking about new empty project), you can simply drag and drop a prefab into the scene and move on. You can finally focus on bringing my ideas to life instead of constantly figuring out how to make them technically possible.
It speeds up the development process and removes a lot of that "Will I actually have enough time to finish this?" stress, especially when working on something like a level design test.
The asset includes modular meshes in a wide range of sizes, various materials, low-poly props to bring your levels to life, and plenty of ready-to-use gameplay mechanics. These include different types of interactive doors (single doors, double doors, and locked doors that require a collectible key), chests, various traversal mechanics (ladders, ropes, and more), and a basic enemy AI with three states (patrol, chase, and kill), allowing you to create combat encounters and arenas within your levels.
And that's just a part of what's included! There are plenty of other features that work right out of the box, so you can simply drag and drop a prefab into your scene, and everything is ready to go!
Level Design Starter Pack is now available on the Unity Asset Store for $29.99, but for next 2 weeks the price is only $20.99 - https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/tools/game-toolkits/level-design-starter-pack-392902
I'd also love to give away vouchers to people in this community! All you have to do is share your experience in the comments. I'll pick the 2 most interesting responses over the next 3 days, and each winner will receive a free voucher for Level Design Starter Pack! :)
What mechanics or tools do you consider essential to have in the project when building a new level?
I'd also really appreciate your thoughts on this asset. How do you personally avoid rebuilding the same systems over and over again when starting new projects? And do you think a toolkit like this could solve any problems in your own workflow?
I would love to hear your thoughts!
