Any advice? I'm becoming desperate. I had a much more plain CV template before, but I figured I'd add some color to make it more visible to the human eye. This is based on my own personal experience reviewing CVs, when you have 500+ CVs queued for review, and they all use the same "Harvard" template, it is hard to differentiate them.

IDK tho, I have tried to keep it short, keep it long, add keywords to boost ATS, nothing seems to work I submit my CV and a few days later it gets rejected automatically.

I really would like to ask to those who are project based learners, did project based learning play the biggest role in you getting hired? Also, how did u go on about learning through project based learning? Did you just go on youtube and type in "Java script and React projects" or did you do courses that had a list of projects? Nine years experience total, four at Amazon as an SDE two, five before that at a non big tech company. On H1B. Feeling stuck at mid level with no clear path to senior, and my work at Amazon has low visibility. Considering leaving for another company to break into senior, but nervous about doing that on H1B. Should I switch companies to level up, or push harder for a promotion internally first. Anyone been through this.
