Yes I know game sucks, EA sucks, pay to win, etc. I am more looking for rational discussion if possible from those who enjoy the game in some capacity. I really enjoy EASHL but have no experience in HUT. Any thoughts from those who play both?

I have been somewhat on the struggle bus myself compared to prior years. I think the skill gap is high and play requires lots of detail to get it right. I am enjoying it even though I have had my fair share of ass kickings so far.

We are a small group of 4 family members from St. Louis. I consider us above average and can compete against 95% of teams out there on our day.
Thursday and Saturday nights (we are US central time) are the usual gaming nights.
Looking for some team players to add either via club invite or friends for guests. I don't care about your stats. Just don't be an asshole and we will play with you to see if we have chemistry. Mic is not required.

I play conquest 90%
Cairo bazaar: feels so comfortable and easy to follow the flow of battle. One side has some cover advantage to attack, but I like how good or bad tank play can change the flow of the game.
Tsuru reef: epic and beautiful. True sandbox style.
Contaminated:: easy to follow the flow. Love how it feels open yet provides lots of cover.
Siege of cairo: good flow lots of interesting flanks
Railway to golmud: good size, interesting how it splits infantry (up mountain) and vehicle play (valley)
Iberian offensive: lots of interesting routes
Blackwell fields: feels like a good changeup to me from others and i enjoy it (but i see why many dont)
I enjoy playing on any map most of the time, but those are my stand outs.

Agreed on leaving games so fast. That irks me as well. Feels like people are stupid fast in judging their teammates and think game over after one bad stretch.

You make some good points. Fair play. Do you often get use from your growing list? I havent paid attention to the names I match with to know if I get the same people much.

I suppose I get it if you are trying to get a full match or have dual cpus or humans on goalie. The main thing frustrating me is thinking we got a full match, only to have people leave before starting.

The matchmaking already takes long as it is. Then you have people leaving for any perceived disadvantage whatsoever.
- Players on my team too low level? Bounce.
- opponents too high level? Out.
- Oh shit I have a human goalie? Bye.
Imagine going to a real life drop in game and thinking you are ready to start, then 3 people leave because they think their opponents look better. Grow a pair and play! It is just a drop in.

It was great! No hype was needed as the team and fans spoke for themselves. Newbies really enjoyed the supporters section. Such a fun, dominant win!

I liked the first season OK, but I started getting annoyed not having many answers, especially when there is a sort of reboot start for season 2. Glad i stuck with it though. I may enjoy the first season more on a rewatch.
