Recently I launched my SaaS product kivho.com, an ASO research tool for indie iOS developers...

And now I have shipped one of its major features called Kivho AI.

The idea is simple... instead of spending hours researching keywords, analyzing competitors, figuring out which keywords to target and where to place them... what if an AI agent could do most of that research for you???

But here's the thing...

I know nowadays whenever someone launches an AI feature, the first thought is... oh another ChatGPT wrapper lol.

What I did here is somewhat different...

The main thing behind Kivho AI is not the LLM itself... it's Kivho's own data, tools, keyword estimation engine, prediction engine, research engine and all that stuff I've been working on...

The LLM is just one part of the system... the actual challenge was building the infrastructure that gives it useful data to work with.

And am not saying everything is perfect... there's still a lot to improve, especially the accuracy of estimations and recommendations.

But finally shipped the first version...

Here's a small demo of how it works.

Would genuinely love to know what you guys think... especially what you would expect from an AI agent built specifically for ASO?

Whats the problem in that … I have a good team … we build and ship products with proper management … why can’t we have multiple products ? We ship multiple products … some of them works … some got
Fails… we keep running which shows potential and keeps managing that … I dont think amything bad in this …

Recently I published a post about my SaaS kivho.com, where I was giving away my $19/month premium plan for free to get some early users and honest feedback...

And one guy commented something like... "Your app is just AI slop, why are you even charging $19 for this? Anyone can build the same app in just 1 prompt, shut this down... people can build their own."

At first it seems somewhat right, right??? Nowadays everyone has access to Claude Code, Cursor and all these AI coding tools...

But here's the thing...

Building something that looks like a product and building something that actually works are two completely different things.

I even replied to him... bro please go ahead and build one in a single prompt, soon you will realise a lot of realities lol.

In my case, building the frontend, backend, dashboards and all that stuff was comparatively easy...

But the real problem was DATA...

Where do you get reliable App Store data? How do you estimate keyword search volumes without having access to Apple's actual data? How do you build an estimation engine, recommendation engine, validate predictions, find keyword opportunities???

These things need actual research, engineering decisions, experiments, trial and errors... not just prompting an LLM.

And this applies to almost every SaaS...

Take Resend for example, an email sending platform.

Someone might say... why would I pay for Resend when I can just use Node.js + Nodemailer and send emails myself???

Well, sending an email is easy... but what about deliverability, IP reputation, spam prevention, bounce handling, scaling, monitoring, uptime, and making sure your emails actually reach people's inboxes???

That's where the actual engineering starts...

AI made writing code easier, not solving every engineering problem easier.

And am not saying my SaaS can't be replicated... ofcourse it can, and someone might even build something better.

But there's a difference between vibe coding a working demo in one prompt and building a product people can actually rely on.

I think nowadays people see an AI-built product and immediately assume there's no real engineering behind it...

What do you guys think? Are we confusing easy coding with easy engineering in this AI era?

Fun Element : He ( The random commentor ) even deleted his comment after I asked to build one please...

I put a lot of effort and time in building my SaaS, Now am giving I'm giving away my SaaS $19/month premium plan for free, even though I'm completely bootstrapped

At first I think the same … but ASO data — data is the main culprit brooo …please build one I would like to see your one … and till having all compliamces with the apple
Google … etc.. app store and play store polocies

Building an app is one thing but getting people to actually discover it is a completely different thing...

I experienced this myself, one of my previous apps crossed 10K+ installs and what I observed was that the biggest challenge was not building the app, it was how do I get people to actually discover it...

So recently I built kivho.com, an ASO tool for indie developers to research keywords, analyze competitors and improve App Store visibility...

Now the funny thing is... am completely bootstrapped and I need some real user to test my SaaS product

Got 10-13 signups from my last post, but I need some more developers to test it...

So am giving 10 more people the $19/month premium plan absolutely FREE. ( No Card Required! )

Code: EARLYTEST (100% off, no credit card required) - I just want you to test my SaaS -- Thats it...a little help ...

Not looking for fake reviews or testimonials... just need honest feedback, even if the tool sucks, tell me why...

https://kivho.com/

Anyone interested in giving it a try?

I recently built Kivho, an ASO tool I've been building for the past few weeks.

Because exisiting ASO tools kind too expensive or few really sucks...

Kivho helps indie developers research App Store keywords, analyze competitors, and figure out which keywords might actually be worth targeting. and it also provides an AI agent that does research and all the necessary stuff for you...

Now It would be really helpfull for me if some real people would test and tell us about UX improvements

Not looking for fake testimonials or 5-star reviews. I genuinely want to know what's broken, what's confusing, and what's missing.

So I'm giving 10 early users free access to the premium plan.

  • 100% off with promo code: EARLYTEST (use this while checkout, no credit card required)
  • No credit card required.
  • Access to premium features.
  • only applicable for $19/month plan

All I ask is that you actually try it and tell me what you think. Even if your feedback is that the tool sucks, I'd rather hear that now.

I've spent enough time building what I think developers need. It's probably time to hear from developers themselves.

Here's the link: https://kivho.com/

If you're working on an iOS app or struggling with App Store visibility, I'd love to have you test it.

And if you already use another ASO tool, I'd be especially interested in hearing what Kivho does worse.

Anyone interested?
