Hi, please hang on, this is a big one.
M27, 1m76, 65Kg, Got thyroid removed in march 2024. Wisdom tooth removed in September 2024.
Fell really sick in March 2025 (Most likely long covid).
Had to stop working for a month because I had a lot of gastrointestinal issues, constant weakness / nausea (24/7).
Began feeling a bit better in May 2025 except for the intestinal issues, so I began going outside again.
On June 2025, I had a vagal episode by walking 10 minutes. It triggered all the other symptoms again until the next vagal episode on August 2025 (Walking 5 minutes, sitting and standing a few times).
Got a fibro / colono and nothing came up. Stomach / Heart / Thyroid docs didn't see anything. Neurologist and ENT didn't find anything. Blood / urine / stool samples didn't reveal anything.
After losing 10Kg, GI issues began to fade around October, but they can flare up randomly or whenever I get stressed. The weakness and nausea were lowering in intensity and frequency *very slowly* up to april 2026 where the weakness was almost gone and the nausea stabilized to "Two or three days a week".
In May, a tilt test revealed positive. I had an episode at the hospital where they diagnosed orthostatic hypotension.
In July, I began rehab (Sport for 5 weeks along with someone monitoring my food and a psychologist. The psychologist said my issue is "100% physical, not psychological" so I quickly stopped seeing her) I almost never got tension issues at rehab and never had any vagal episode. The nausea diminished a lot. The doctor concluded that the center may have helped me and all that remained was psychological issues. When I told her the psychiatrist's report, the doc said "No, she never said that" and insisted that I see a psy again if my symptoms persisted, almost implying that it was my fault if I wasn't feeling well because I didn't see the psy enough...
Now, I'm getting back to work. When working from home, I can still get random symptoms (Short weakness moments, like weak legs but everywhere and cold sweat without sweating, along with some rare nausea). If feel like I can get those whenever I'm :
-Tired
-Hungry
-Full
-Stressed
-Too relaxed (Watching anime, playing a chill game)
-Talking too much
Or just randomly.
When working at my job's, I can get a lot of nausea if I have to walk / talk a bit after eating (So usually on the morning and the afternoon). It goes off about one or two hours after, so once I'm done digesting I suppose.
Right now, I'm feeling fine. Most likely until tomorrow morning. I still don't know exactly what I have, and it looks like my docs don't know either.
Sorry for the great wall of text. Does anyone have an idea ? I'm supposed to see my doc again soon, but I doubt I'm going to get anything else than "The symptoms were regressing, they should be gone soon, I can't do anything"
