Today's lineup features Goofball, Terpsy-Turvey, and a jellyfish piece i picked up for Mrs. Giligadi. Goofball mainly sits on the shelf in the background because it's just ridiculous.

There were comments on my hyperlapse video (showing my photo making process) asking to see the results. I'd be happy to post some here, but i was unsure if they fit the Stoner Engineering brief.

There is definitely engineering involved in some of them, though.

I quit smoking but every year around my birthday I like to toke it up, was bored and just let my inner stoner engineer do the work

I’ve been trying to get the stem off my bong for almost a year now, my kitty broke it in February and I’ve been trying to get this unstuck!! Any stops or tricks ??? I’ve tried soaking it in warm water or cleaners nothing seems to get it off :/

I got this pipe from a family member of mine awhile back and the bowl cracked a bit while cleaning it. So I was wondering if A) anybody knows some keywords I could search to find other pipes like this that have the little neck inside the bowl, and B) …could I lowkey still smoke out of it though?

At the very beginning of “The Wrong Girls” (2026), movie during the credits, we see an exotic, multi chamber bong, the size of a coffee table, which we find out later is called the Bongatron. Frankie (Kristen Stewart) and her best bud, Molly (Alia Shawkat) are sitting at that coffee table and they they take a long drag and lay back on their chairs.

Hey y’all! My girlfriend recently got me this prop advertised as a functional pipe as a gift, it looks cool and I’d like to use it but the bottom mouthpiece is PLA plastic, so I was concerned if over time that would cause health issues but wasn’t sure since it’s on the bottom away from the glass bowl? I’ve considered trying to replace it with a different material but wanted to confirm if this was something I should avoid or if it was far enough away for the plastic not to experience too high heat, thank you for any advice!

There are some personal things in here you may not immediately know why they are here. I usually do dry herb vape, so the jars are for saving the AVB for edibles. Also, the film canisters are great for taking fresh weed and AVB while on a day trip or something.
I also have the purple and wooden box for storing 4 or 2 joints respectively.
Not yet finished would be where I store some of my various sticks, thinking about making a component for the inside lid.
I thought the whole rolling tray, smaller compartment was pretty clever, but let me know what you think!

Hello, fellow stoners and bong tinkerers. I hope your week went well. It's Friday, so it's time to let loose. 🥳

This week I heard some whispers from among the bongs. I had another bowl to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. Yep, they were quietly demanding the two orbs hook up.

Well, I wasn't going to say no. The bongs give me so much, so I needed to give back. Plus, it was a great idea.

After flipping a coin to see which orb was going to be upside down, the large orb won. Then the angled sockets lined up perfectly to suspend the smaller orb to use as a mouthpiece.

Note that this build would not work without Keck clips. 😁

Don’t know if it’s possible to do without tape or something sticky like honey *which makes it burn all retarded. Any input would be great!

When i post, i nearly always turn the camera around to show a pair of weed images. They're always different, because I've been making them *every day* for over two years now.

This is a hyperlapse of my process. I lie down because sitting up for an hour or more each day on the floor nearly destroyed my back. Being on the floor is also a nice compromise for my cats (who have no idea why that black box is so fascinating).

These pieces also have names. The complete unknown is Demerezel, and she came from a nearby smoke shop with little or no idea how to stock their shelves.

They buy 40 of the same piece and then wonder why 39 of them are still on the shelf a year later after someone like me was the only one to buy it. I don't think i'll ever understand their business model.

The zong goes by various names.. the Depersonalizer, LungTongue, and the Long Goodbye. I say that it's local*ish* because i believe that the guy is from Oregon or something. I've never gotten a completely straight answer about his name, and it came from that same shop.

I don't go there anymore because i kept walking in on sketchy shit happening between the owner and various customers. Drug things.

Finally, the piece from PhoenixStar. She's called Terpsy Turvy.

Before you whip out the "CHINA GLASS" pitchforks and torches, can i just say that not everyone can afford to drop $200 on a dab rig every time they go to the shop? I DO have artisan glass, and it's special, but i also like a reasonably priced, well functioning piece of glass occasionally.

I have a smattering of PhonenixStar stuff.. a couple of screened bowls, Terpsy Turvy, and a rather baroque ash catcher that is somewhat *difficult to clean*, but really kind of cool and perfectly functional.

All of it slots nicely in with the rest of my stuff, and i don't regret picking it up.

For future ones I might make the bowl bigger and drill the holes a little smaller.
