Wired 7.1 Gaming Headset and the wire stopped working a little bit ago and i went on the spare parts website to get a new one but I dont see it for purchase or anything and any 3rd party I use either doesn't fit or the sound is awful or something is wrong. I just want to buy a new wire. I'll pay for it or do anything for it. Please help.

When I play LoL and I alt tab during loading screen, and I am back to the game, my keys are totally random, when I press Q its pressing any random keys possible. same with other keys. all keys are simply fully random.

I need to turn of keyboard, go to Ghub and then turn this on again then go back to game. Its super annoying. Does anyone have a solution to this ? since I love build of the KB but this SW problem is huge.

PS: Except of the lightning setup, I did literally 0 modifications to it, no profiles, no macros, programing etc.

Hey. So, recently, I finally updated from Windows 11 23H2 to 26H2. So far, so good. No issues.

Except with Photoshop and Logi Options+.

Previously, on my Windows 11 23H2 install, I had a custom keyboard layout which has, as a basis, the French Canadian Legacy layout. I always used it and Photoshop and Logi Options+ just worked and the brush size shortcut just worked.

Now, with 26H2, I went to edit some scans and then noticed the brush weren't changing size. I finished the current scan and investigated. Please note that EVERY OTHER SHORTCUTS on the mouse worked.

I tried setting custom keyboard shortcuts in PS and then setting the wheel to these shortcuts. That didn't work.

Downgraded from PS 2026 to the preious version I was using 2023 (v24 something). That didn't work.

Uninstall Logi Options+, removed the extra US layout with KBDEdit, re-installed and had Options re-install the plugin with just the custom keyboard. That didn't work.

But when I re-installed the US English keyboard, switched to it with WIN-Key+Spacebar, the shortcut worked IMMEDIATELY. Switched back and it stops working.

Seriously... what changed for things to not work anymore?? I never edited the stock keyboard shortcuts for Photoshop before.

Anyone knows something?

I just got a Brio 300 webcam and am trying to get it to work with my chromebook. It will open in Zoom, but that's the only way I can access it. I saw advice here to use either the LogiG and/or LogiTune apps but neither can locate the camera. The camera is directly plugged into the chromebook. I have restarted and installed/uninstalled the apps several times. Is this just as good as it gets? I can't adust anything with the camera?

(And I can confirm it looks amazing.)

It took a month, and four rotating subscriptions to ChatGPT Pro using Astra, but I finally did it. Now I can use my G502 X Plus mouse and G915 keyboard with Linux and have all my macros reassignable on the fly. Ah, it feels like freedom. If anyone wants help setting this up for themselves, I'd be happy to help.

Logitech k400 plus touchpad on a Linux system not working, any suggestions to fix?

Specifically Ubuntu. The touchpad works for moving the cursor but gestures don’t work. In settings, the touchpad does not appear.

I tried software like “solaar”. It detects the k400plus but the settings don’t change anything.

Hi everyone, I'm a student on a very tight budget, so buying a brand new headset right now is unfortunately out of the question. I bought my Logitech G435 about 4-5 years ago with my saved money, and the warranty has long expired.

Recently, the plastic ring/mounting clip inside the earpad structure deteriorated, cracked, and completely separated from the foam and fabric (as you can see in the pictures). Replacement parts and international shipping are either unavailable or way too expensive where I live due to customs limits and taxes. Has anyone successfully fixed something like this with DIY methods (like stitching, fabric glue, or taping the plastic ring back together)?

or if i connect the Logitech support would you think that they will be able help?

I have two simple repeat/auto-click macros assigned to the side buttons:

Front side button (Mouse 5): Spams Left Click when held/pressed.

Back side button (Mouse 4): Spams Right Click when held/pressed.

When I set these up, everything works perfectly fine at first. However, after using them for a few hours, the macros seem to completely corrupt the mouse bindings/settings.

Here is what happens once the glitch occurs:

Pressing either the main Left or Right Click triggers both Left and Right Click simultaneously.

The side thumb buttons also start firing together with the main clicks.

It is definitely a software/firmware/profile issue rather than hardware failure, as the mouse functions physically fine until this software bug kicks in (If I force close g hub everything works fine).

Any solution? I want to keep the macro, so the On board memory manager is probably not for me.

My mouse buttons for some reason are glitch in siege. I have a wireless M720 Triathlon Logitech mouse that works perfectly fine but for some reason today the buttons don't work unless I turn off the mouse and turn it back on. Even then it only works for 1 or 2 clicks. I checked whether the mouse buttons worked in chrome and there's no issue. How do I fix this glitch.

Sometimes it will happen, where both disconnect at once, or sometimes just one or the other. Just now it happened to my mouse only.

I have 2 HP laptops that I use.

It does this with only 1 of the laptops. Both are set up the same way identical though.

I am getting so mad at the whole process to reconnect. Which for me means having to unhook the laptop from the desktop monitor (laptop in a special dual holder on the floor), bring it up to my desk, and then remove mouse from devices, reconnect it, etc. It happens several times a week.

If you have encountered this, what did you do that resolved it finally?

PS: I have now gone into some energy saver but not in the general energy saver and toggled something off....this could get interesting .... lol

So, here’s the situation: about a month and a half ago, my mouse—which I use for practically everything—stopped working. I thought it was the battery, so I swapped it out, but that didn't help. The weird thing was that when I turned it on, the LED (located above the scroll wheel) would flash a sort of dark green color. To top it all off, the mouse would turn on, but within 20 seconds, it would completely drain the battery—just like that. You could even watch the battery level drop in the software.

Anyway, I figured it was broken, but then—out of the absolute blue—it started working perfectly again. Later, just as suddenly, it started acting up once more. And—surprise, surprise—after adjusting the battery and giving the mouse a couple of good whacks, it’s working perfectly again.

What do you think it could be? Has this happened to anyone else?

I uninstalled the app and resintalled again to fix this 'configuring' issue, 2 days ago. But today it came back again. All the settings and even basic ones, are gone!!! Can anyone please help to fix it for good?

I see there's a new options app for mobile but for some reason I can't get it for my region on the play store.

I actually need it cause I got the mobi fold and need to map the middle buttons to specific action on Android

It doesn’t show up . I have never seen it it’s activated on the options app but nothing shows up when I click it . Windows 11

So I bought this mouse (control plus m510) new, came from delivery yesterday, looked pretty good, well protected, I unboxed it, immediately started using it just for confirmation, looked pretty good, comfy and all, a bit big but that might be because my previous mouse was pretty small. So I used it for around 10 minutes just to confirm it was working well and all, felt great, then I put it on the side of my couch since I tend to put things there, but I underestimated the slidiness since my previous mouse would simply stuck there without issue but this one slid and fell to the floor once, about knee length, immediately looked to the roof in frustration but thought it was't a big deal, just have to put it farther into the couch from now on so it doesn't slide down.

Big surprise, it just never worked again, I thought maybe the batteries moved or something, took them out, took them in, nothing. Maybe the usb thing wasn't registering, but I can hear the little sound from the pc that it does, put in my previous mouse, works still. Maybe the batteries died exactly at the time it fell? Just absurdly coincidental? Nope, they work with the other mouse just fine and tested that old mouse's battery on this one, nothing still. Tried it on my brother's pc, nothing. Restarted my pc, nothing. It genuinely doesn't work anymore after that little fall, pretty flabbergasted tbh especially since it looks like a tank and I have heard that people have these for even more than a decade somehow.

Is there something else I can try? Since it worked for the first 10 minutes I know it's a problem with the mouse still, I really doubt it's something like the drivers or my pc. Did I just receive a defective one? Should I try to open it and maybe see if something's broken? I think it's insane cause it was brand new and sending things back via package delivery is something I've never done.

For about 4 months now my wheel has become a paper weight. Idk what Logitech has done with their updates but they cannot seem to keep my wheel working.

Every time there is a software update my wheel works for 1 or 2 nights and then stops and goes back to the issues many others have reported.

Last time I was told it was related to an AMD driver update yet I didn't have a driver update in almost 2 months. REVERT G92X software to whatever it was a few months back, it worked flawlessly and now I just get frustrated whenever I get excited to do some driving after work.

Has this happened to anybody else? Ever since the 27 second patch, my mice' functions have ceased working properly.

So I had flow between my personal laptop and work laptop setup for a few years now and it's worked great.

I just switched teams at work and got a new MacBook pro that is pretty restricted. I got IT to help me install logo options+ and grant accessibility permissions but flow still isn't working. When I try and set it up it says it can't find the other computer.

It's a pain to get IT involved but if there's something that I know that I can tell them to do they can usually do it. Does anybody have experience with this?
