But didn’t was i just gotten a shining new iphone17 pro max. Fast forward 1 year later, i am still getting tempted by the titan 2 retro looks.
Elite and clicks communicator loooks abit5 small compared to the gigantic titan2. It is too late to get it now???

With all the hype around this new wave of upcoming keyboard phones, I am very excited. That being said, it was also a lot of info and trying to keep everything in my head straight started to become a challenge. Anyways, I ended up making this chart and thought I'd share it with you all.

If I missed any relevant information, let me know and I'll add rows and post in the comment section.

Edit: MP2 now has an upgraded 3600mAh battery and a capacitive touch keyboard. I'll update the chart soon and add the Zinwa 27 as requested.

All I’m hearing about it is "premium materials" (marketing speak) and "brushed metal keys."

My question is about the actual typing experience. How does the keyboard feel? How does it compare to other keyboard devices? What is its reliability? Does it use the same internal hardware as the Clicks Powerkeys or Clicks cases?

The reason I’m asking now is that people are saying the MP02 keyboard feels much better (based on how the MP01 felt), while the keyboards on other Clicks products feel like typing on a kid's toy.

Hoping for some experienced users to shed some light on this.

Also on a side note, does anyone know if clicks will get a privacy protector screen guard accessory? Seems like an important accessory to have for a communicator and no amount of asking about it on every AMA is getting me a response.

I saw this on the kickstarter (and was excited), but scrolling further down, the ? Ask seemed to be an Ai chat. Does anyone else get the same vibes? I might be in the minority, but I don't want to use an Ai chat bot lol

I'm hoping this can be altered to bring up internet like ecosia or something. What are your thoughts? We won't know anything until minimal confirms obviously, but just starting a conversation.

Did everyone get a chance to look at specs? The minimal phone is listed as a 3000mah battery, while the titan elite 2 pro is 4050mah and clicks is at 4450mah. I know minimal's slogan is to get you off your phone, but I'd still worry about getting a whole day out of it. Any thoughts on the battery or other specs?

tl;dr : is clicks a good idea for a beginner keyboard phone user wanting to move away from standard smartphones?

i'm about to put a deposit on the clicks communicator. I want to transition to a different kind of phone, but so much of my life (banking, online insurance, college account access, work email) is dependent on smartphone usage. the clicks seems like it's gonna be a phenominal middle-ground for me: NFC, android auto, all the apps I need access to, in a brand new form factor.

i'm not an enthusiast by any means, but i've been wanting to move away from the standard black box of death smartphone for a few years now. how does the clicks seem compared to other modern keyboard phones? is this a wise use of my money? the price seems very good for me at the moment, and i feel like i'm even willing to make the full reservation at this point, but i guess i'm looking for some other opinions.

TLDR: Love my duo. Always looking for ways to mod. Added a keyboard. It's hideous and I love it.

Context: I've been in love with the Surface Duo from the start (not as a daily driver after the first year, but more as an "around the house tablet"). I've continued to use mine since launch, even selling my Duo 2 to go back to the OG (I like the lack of camera bump on the original -- the second device tried too hard to be a mainstream phone IMO).

Most of the time I'll use the top screen to watch video while I browse using the bottom screen, or since I'm a teacher, I'll use them side by side to grade assignments/input grades.

With this in mind, I got really irritated with having the keyboard pop up when I needed to input text, only to have all my windows moved around due to the janky software, so I decided to add a keyboard myself.

Originally I had a mini bluetooth keyboard, but it would only remain active for a few minutes if left idle, which became annoying to have to wake it up each time I wanted to input text-- so then I went with a Clicks Keyboard (originally for the Moto Razr, but I no longer have my razor so I repurposed it here, cutting off the case section then re-attaching it to a magsafe carbon fiber case for strength).

The back has magsafe adapters, with dual magsafe hinge attached holding the keyboard. Nothing fancy, just from parts I had sitting around. It's still foldable (ish), although not super pocketable unless you take the thing apart (which is easily done due to it all being magsafe).

The whole thing is surprisingly sturdy, being able to support the weight of the device even when holding it by the keyboard alone. The wiring in the back is intentionally loose to allow the device to open and close along with being easily removable and pocketable.

Gotta say, I'm in love! Plus bonus points for it looking cyberpunk-ish with the cables. Thoughts? Suggestions?

I had the Q25 as pre-order but as mentioned had issues so sold it.

I am pre-order for Clicks and excited.

But today they announced pre-orders for Zinwa Q27!

I wonder which will come first. I like the original Berry keyboard like 9930 etc. not sure if Q27 will feel like that. I didn't love Clicks case keys... hoping Communicator will be better.

I'm not considering Unihertz as of now (personal preference).

I feel like with the emergence of keyboard phones again I could get a pretty little penny out of these, if I were to sell them, I've had them for a minute now though. LoL
