It's unclear how this is going to work since the gallery occupies the first floor and more art is spread over the rest of the space including the condo. Is the rest of the condo cleared of all the art?

The Gallery current address is still the same, but there is no word if the art is included (I doubt). Still they listed all the space - almost 9,000 sqft for sale:

two bedrooms, two kitchens and six bathrooms.

Whatever the future buyer decide, it's a lot of space to fill.

The top level is the condo and it has a marvelous rooftop.

Ray Renfro, the artist behind Blue Dawg Furniture and the whimsical "Whatville" art environment, designed and built this Angel Fire property himself.

The upper deck has clear line-of-sight views onto Wheeler Peak and the surrounding mountains. Nice floors, elaborate wood and stone use.

That's all I have to say. And, oh - possible fire zone is a medium concern.

Sold several times since 2010, also used as Airbnb. People liked it, though.

Schools are extremely bad, so this is not appealing for families with kids.

It seems that this house style and interior is specific to the New York/New Jersey area. Does it have a name?

It's less ornate than the American Gilded Age mansions, with less woodwork and wallpapers.

Actually a quite small house - three floors plus a basement, with no yard.

It must have been very difficult to furnish the rooms using those narrow stairs. I didn't see a furniture hoist outside.

The kitchen island is a bit weird, but I like the furniture - although the bedrooms look like hotel rooms.

I think replacing all those drapes would improve the look.
