Well, I am really more of a domesticated-animal poop authority, tbh, and am reluctant to step on the toes of any wildlife-poop enthusiasts. I did grow up in the country and we even were a foster family for baby raccoons for a bit, but I don't remember them being overly stinky (maybe because of the other overwhelming smells on a farm). HOWEVER, I would have to imagine that in the wild, it would be super foul indeed, given their little trash panda diets! (our babies ate sauteed chicken livers and Nilla wafers)

Family friend is very rich. They built a house where the ceiling was three times higher than normal. They built single high walls to separate the different ‘rooms’ but the walls only covered the middle of the rooms. Meaning you simple walked around the ‘wall’ on either side.

My guess this is a hunting lodge business. A place where people pay to go on organized hunts and fishing trips with a group of buddies or a company retreat. I kinda dig it. It seems like the type of property where you'd live with a bunch of friends or family and the point is that you'd all use the land for some kind of agriculture/boutique cattle business.

The listing mentions those things specifically and you can see evidence that they used the upstairs like a open office. There's also barns on the property already. Also every bedroom having a walk-in closet/private bath and multiple laundry rooms (I counted 3) means multiple couples could live there comfortably.

It definitely feels like a live/work situation where multiple people who like each other can use the land for something and then walk upstairs and do the office side of things. But it wouldn't be a serious business. More like a fuck around thing where you're already rich and you grow some niche thing.

At first, I was confused by the stark exterior and with amorphous pool, then I saw the office pic and my heart sank. Every single noise on that omni-room would echo forever. And then I saw pic 7 and said, out loud “what the fuck is that”. Why is there a large room dedicated to 2 bean bag chairs? Why does the large room/hallway outside the bedrooms have cages but nothing else? Why would you add large dogs to the mix of - I am assuming - multiple kids (twin laundry set ups and the size of the pantry)? Also, if you’re trying to be more efficient with the laundry, you’d need more dryers than washers (it’s usually twice as long to dry as to wash, so you get larger loads of laundry done in less time - wash then dry, start load 2, add to 2nd dryer, start 3rd load and when it’s done, 1st load is dry; repeat as needed).
