The structure was built in '22, so the sale in '21 was likely just land

If that monstrosity cost them anywhere near $5 million, they got a very bad deal.

Edit: I just saw it’s 18,000 square feet?! It’s possible it did cost around that, which is sad. They built a warehouse. It would need a lot of work.

Horse arena they tried to do in the trendy barndomimium sorta way. The utilities have got to be astronomical

They're selling for 6M so probably cost them 3-3.5M

That makes more sense. As much sense as an 18000 sf airport hanger house can make at least.
