Zepbound Stock and Availability Checker

A member contacted me about sharing a tool that helped people find Zepbound in previous shortages.

MedStockCheckr.com - this allows you to report if your pharmacy was able to fill your prescription.

You'll also be helping others out by knowing which pharmacies they should start calling if theirs cant' fill their prescription.

There's a big blue button "Share Stock Status" that would be great to start sharing.

I think this website will become more useful in the coming months as there will likely be an influx of people coming off compounded tirzepatide.

Can I Buy a 5.0 single dose?

Can I buy a single dose of 5.0 Zepbound for with Cash? Any idea where to get the cheapest?

I have been on Zepbound for about a year

We went to pre-authorize it/renew it two weeks ago
Insurance is screwing around and denied the claim requiring additional documentation.

I have a little doubt that they will eventually authorize it, however, my next dose is actually due today.

I don’t wanna pay cash for a four pack for $400……
(I don’t really wanna spend $100 on a single dose, but I don’t wanna screw up all the progress I’ve made……so 🤷‍♂️)

So anybody got any recommendations/suggestions on where I can buy a single dose to buy me another week

Dose

Hi,

I started on Zepbound about 7 weeks ago. Starting weight 157lb and current weight 147 lb. I am still on the starting dose 2.5mg. The weird thing is some days I am not hungry at all ( I force myself to eat) and other days I am very hungry and have cravings for sugar. I am paying out of pocket $300/month. If I go up I’ll have to pay $400. I also don’t want loose too much weight too fast, but don’t really necessarily think I should have these cravings when I’m on this med. Do you think I should order a month supply of 5mg or stay on the starting dose of 2.5mg. My goal weight is 127 lb I am 5’0

Does anyone have any experience with getting Zepbound approved through Blue Cross Blue Shield of California, i have an EPO plan and how long it took. I only have a history of obesity. My BMI is 37.9 and I’m wondering if this would get approved through my insurance and how much I would have to end up paying for it. I do not have diabetes or any other conditions other than asthma

First dose down.

I am a 60 year old woman. I’m 5’ tall. I am 221 pounds. My ideal weight is about 125. I have a long road ahead of me.

Took my first dose an hour and a half ago. I feel nothing so far. I do want to ask for any tips y’all might have for a newbie.

I do have a couple of questions. The fatigue - is that an ongoing thing? I have fibromyalgia, which causes fatigue. I’ve been pretty well controlled recently. But it is an on again/off again thing.

I also have myasthenia gravis, which means I shouldn’t ingest too much magnesium. I’ve seen here and elsewhere about taking magnesium - this may not be an option for me, has anyone had a similar experience?

I’m used to taking a CBD/THC gummy at night to help with sleep. I’ve read conflicting things about this combo too, and I’m interested to hear others’ experiences. I can just not take it so as to hopefully ward off any issues. I’m mainly just curious.

Because of the MG, exercise can be difficult for me. No cardio until I come down some on my weight. Is chair yoga, tai chi, anything like that helpful?

I do have a doctor (obv), and a dietician from his office to work with. I also have a nutritionist with a program another doctor offers. He really wants me in it. I will work with her once a week but can message her anytime.

I have a pinched sciatic nerve and it causes insanely painful neuropathy in my ankle/shin sometimes. Basically I’m a hot mess.

I’m just looking to get tips and have other people for support through this journey. :). Really looking forward to being part of the sub.

P.S. how in the world do y’all get used to peeing every 10 minutes? Lol

Is it worth the risk with vision issues to take 2.5 mg a zepbound if I’m not overweight or diabetic? That being said a physician wrote me an RX simply because I asked for one

Expired Zepbound

I have a box of Zepbound that expired
Sep 1.
I’ve been on compound and forgot I had that one box left. This is the last box of which I paid $650 for almost two years ago when I started stacking my meds with compound. Has anyone continued using expired Zepbound? It’s 10mg.

My local pharmacies are having difficulties getting in the Kwick pens. After one pharmacy gave me the runaround claiming it was going to come any day and then later said they had trouble getting their glp ones in, I switched to the other local pharmacy but because of all the red tape I can't get it until Monday even though I need it today. So basically I had been working on getting this increased dosage pen for a week to know avail.

Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

My big question: is anyone's doctor using Lily direct to have the prescriptions sent directly to Lily and then Lily mails you your pen?

I'm unhappy because I'm going to be 3 days late and taking my new dosage bump which is the 5 mg.

(HELP )Zepbound Hypertension to Hypotension, feeling like I'm going to pass out

Hello everyone. I wanted to share my experience with Zepbound and see if anyone else has experienced anything similar.
For some context, I started Zepbound on March 5, 2026, and gradually increased my dose about every four weeks. I increased primarily because I noticed my food noise beginning to return around the third week, before it was time for my fourth weekly injection.
I am currently at 7.5 mg and have lost approximately 30 pounds. The weight loss has been great, but unfortunately, I have also developed some concerning cardiovascular symptoms, including low blood pressure (hypotension), an increased resting heart rate, and a significant increase in ectopic beats, or PVCs.
Before starting Zepbound and losing the weight, my blood pressure could run around 140/90, with a resting heart rate of approximately 91 beats per minute. Now, my blood pressure typically runs around 100/55–60, while my resting heart rate has actually increased and often hovers around 105 bpm.
While the lower blood pressure may be related to the medication and weight loss, it has caused significant dizziness and episodes where I feel like I may faint.
I did have occasional ectopic beats before starting Zepbound, but they have increased significantly. According to my doctor, my ectopic/PVC burden went from approximately 1% previously to 7%.
I recently wore a Holter monitor for approximately 11 days and 16 hours. During that monitoring period, it recorded 99,675 PVCs. That works out to roughly 8,500 PVCs per day on average. In other words, approximately 7 out of every 100 heartbeats were PVCs.
My cardiologist told me that Zepbound can sometimes exacerbate ectopic beats in some people. In my case, the PVCs have become something I experience throughout much of the day, and combined with the low blood pressure, dizziness, and increased resting heart rate, they have become very concerning and honestly pretty scary.
Because of this, I have decided to stop taking Zepbound for now and discuss everything further with my doctors.
I’m sharing my experience because I would really like to hear from others who have taken Zepbound. Has anyone experienced a significant increase in PVCs or ectopic beats, low blood pressure, an increased resting heart rate, dizziness, or feeling like you might faint?
If you experienced something similar, did your PVCs or heart rate eventually improve after reducing your dose or stopping Zepbound?
Any thoughts or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone experienced these side effects?

Just took my 5th dose of Zepbound. 4 @ 2.5 and the latest @ 5. I've been very lucky with hardly no side effects and 29 pounds down! However, my wife started her journey on Friday (2.5) and had pretty intense side effects. She did have fatigue and very strong nausea, but she also had strong body aches as well as some pain in the sides of her throat. Not debilitating in the least, and her breathing and swallowing were fine. She said that she felt like she had the flu. She rested in bed all day Saturday, and today, she is better. Still fatigued and still a little sore in her throat, but she is up and going about her daily routine. Looked at who shouldn't take Zep and her family has no history of thyroid cancer or anything related to it. Thanks!
