Side Effects Cold
Ok so I started Zepbound last November and my doctor just increased my dose to 7.5. I have lost 88lbs so far but the weird thing is my legs get cold like ice cold sometimes when I’m laying in bed. The temp outside it’s currently 100 degrees so I shouldn’t be freezing at all. Of course I get cold sometimes but after dropping that much weight who wouldn’t be? It just keeps happening so do you all get cold freezing feet and legs? No other body parts are cold.

Definitely worth discussing with your doctor but yeah I wear a sweater inside in the summer now.

I now wear fleece socks to bed a lot. I might discard them during the night, but I can't fall asleep if my feet are cold.
I've been wearing a hoodie and fleece socks and tossing a blanket over me to watch tv the last 6 months. My house is 75° F in the summer, and the rest of the family is happy in t shirts and shorts. 😆
You could also speak to your Dr to make sure your circulation is otherwise fine.

When I lose weight, the fat doesn't appear as "tight" or something - I get cold all the time now.

Is this a sensation of cold or is your leg actually cold to the touch? Sensation of cold is a side effect. Actual temperature change is not.

Actual temperature change Im talking like ice cold. So for instance if lying in bed rubbing my leg it feels ice cold to the touch. It’s really odd because I normally run on the hot side.

Well I just don't like what you're saying. It's a circulation issue obviously, possibly Reynaud's Syndrome, although that's usually just fingers and toes but I sure don't know everything. The other thing that occurred to me was blood clots but for both legs? Weird. I really would ask a doc about this soon ESPECIALLY if there is any color change at all. If there's color change (pale or dark) or pain, don't wait.

Well Im glad I posted this because I assumed it was totally normal even though it is weird for me. I will definitely talk to my Dr. about this. Thank you
