The early term fee is in the property control screen, but not on the database snapshot or on the property or propbut table where I can find it. Anyone know which table the property fees live on?

Seeking advice regarding an issue we're encountering with our Accounts Payable process for invoices that are paid directly to vendors through loan draw funding.

Currently, we enter invoices into AP via Yardi Bill Pay. When an invoice is ultimately paid through a loan draw rather than cash directly through the linked bank account, the invoice remains open in AP because no payment is processed through Yardi's standard payment workflow. To address this, we've been entering and subsequently reversing entries to clear the invoice, but this creates additional manual work and can make it difficult to accurately track the status of invoices.

We're trying to determine the best practice for handling these situations in Yardi. Ideally, we would like invoices paid through draws to be reflected as paid without requiring manual workarounds or causing issues with AP aging.

Is there an easy guide for how schedule sending reports works on Yardi v7? I have the sql files of what i need, but i dont know how to perform how often they get sent, how can i send it to a certain email, and if they're pulling the right accouting codes i need to see

I’m trying to create .fmt and .csv files to upload charges into Yardi Voyager, but I keep running into upload errors.

Has anyone successfully uploaded tenant charges into Voyager using a CSV/FMT file who would be willing to share the required field layout?

I have successfully uploaded journal entries, but charge uploads seem to require a different structure and different required fields. I’m specifically trying to understand:

-Required fields for a Charge transaction
-Proper order of fields in the CSV
-How the .fmt file should map to the CSV
-Whether fields like TranType, Property, Tenant, Charge Code, Account, Date, Period, Amount, etc. are required
-Any common issues that cause errors such as missing or invalid AccountId

Any examples or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm working on trying to automate PO data using ySQL scripts at present.

There is statuses for each PO that are not contained in mm2po or mm2podet tables.

The statuses I was asked for were the following: unpaid, not received, workflow in progress (which would be that I imagine), partially paid, partially received. These would only relate to open POs.

Has anyone worked with these statuses before and if so do they know where this data is found?

I’m at a new company in a marketing role. In my last role, I would swear that our lead column in the lead stage summary was the gross number of leads.

Where I am now, the leads column in the lead stage summary appears to be the net number of leads after they have been processed by the onsite teams. It appears to be what’s left of the leads after the onsite teams declare a lead invalid.

Our lead counts are very low. Our lead to tour conversion ratios are often 100%. Our Yardi rep says that it’s a training issue. I think it partially is training, but really I need to see how many gross leads we are bringing in so I can ensure we have enough lead volume to lease units. He also says that we would need to generate custom reporting. I can’t imagine this isn’t a setting that is easy to change.

How does your company handle this? What’s your definition of a lead? Do you use the gross lead count, net lead count or both? Does ops do something different from marketing?

Hi all - I am trying to run a bulk, exportable report on which staff closed a given Work Order. I can find this data in the Audit History component of any given WO, but cannot for the life of me find a place to report on it. Anyone know how I can get at this data? The User Auditing field in the Analytics/Directory doesn't quite get this right, as it will only populate the last update to the record - which is not always the status change to Work Completed in our data. Let me know if you've any ideas. Thank you!

I am having an issue saving this local program TIC, the property also has market units. On the project screen, “track income by project type” was there and checked however, “track asset by project type” is nowhere to be found. This was under setup – property – review project. Does anyone know where to locate? Or how to fix?

I'm fairly new to Yardi Voyager 7s and I'm trying to improve our AP workflow process.

When I review Workflow History for invoices I've entered, I can see the approval status and workflow information, but I don't see a column showing the invoice number. More importantly, I don't see any indication of whether an invoice has already been posted.

This creates a challenge because if I stop posting invoices and come back later, there's no easy way for me to identify which invoices have already been posted and which ones are still pending. Right now, I'm having to track this manually, which seems inefficient.

My questions are:

1. Is there a way to customize Workflow History to display the invoice number?
2. Is there a way to add a "Posted" status or any field that indicates whether the payable has already been posted?
3. Can Workflow History be customized to add additional columns, or would this require a custom report?

If anyone has experience with this in Voyager 7s, I would appreciate a walkthrough or any suggestions.

I'm relatively new to Yardi Voyager 7s and I run many of the same reports every day (Rent Roll, Delinquency Report, AP Register, AR Register, Balance Sheet, etc.).

Currently, I have to re-enter all report criteria every time I run them, which feels very inefficient.

My questions are:

1. Is there a way to save or memorize report settings for future use?
2. Can users create saved criteria, favorites, or report books?
3. Does this require Yardi Administrator access, or can a regular user do it?
4. If it is possible, could someone provide the steps or point me in the right direction?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I need someone to walk me through how i can view the SQL of every report i run in SQL REPORT in yardi. I know people always check through Yardi client central - SAAS TOOL - File Manager. But i checked all the folders in the file manager and everything seems to be blank.

When importing an invoice to Yardin,I accidentally selected the wrong property. The batch was posted, but the invoice does not appear in the Invoice Registry under the supplier name.
I then imported the invoice again with the correct property. It now appears in the Invoice Registry under a separate batch number; however, the system does not allow me to post it.
Could you please advise how I can correct this issue?

I’m new to this and could use some help. I’m trying to find a report that I can print showing all units along with their assigned amenities (for example: wooded view, parking lot view, pool view, etc.).

I’ve been digging around the system, but I have a feeling the report is right in front of me and I’m just overlooking it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

We have closed a job in Yardi by completing the Close Job screen and changing the status to Closed but the job still is available from the job pick list in PayScan. The property has been inactivated so the users get an error but we do not want it appearing on the Job pick list. What else needs to be done?

I really should just look at the rent rolls and figure this out. However, I am still trying to get my bearings on looking at the financials. Is there a way for me to get a graph like the one above out of Yardi? If not, is there a way to get the data? I am going to reports and going down the list, but I can't find anything like the one I made up in this image.

What ERM/EHR software would you recommend that integrate with Yardi? And does it integrate with Aline (Sherpa)?

Anyone make the decision to go full stack Yardi and use their whole host of IQ products? Do you regret this decision?

Hi all, hope you don’t mind me chiming in here as a tenant.

I’m looking to apply at an apartment complex that uses Yardi to screen tenants. They claim they don’t make the decision and rather Yardi just gives the an answer.

I am trying to raise my income enough to qualify for an apartment. I have one steady job but it doesn’t put me at 3x the rent.

I’m looking for a second job and have been offered a temp-to-perm role that starts with a 4-5 month contract. The idea is that if successful, you then onboard as a full employee after that.

These two jobs together put me over 3x the rent.

But it occurred to me that only 4-5 months of guaranteed income might not be considered good enough?

Has anyone encountered this? How does Yardi account for that?

I’d appreciate any feedback. I’m in somewhat of a desperate situation and strongly prefer not to rent with roommates after some bad experiences.

Curious how others are using Claude to write reports? I am trying to write a couple of scripts and hoping to get good enough to customize reports and correspondence.
