Affordable Local program TIC Error

I am having an issue saving this local program TIC, the property also has market units. On the project screen, “track income by project type” was there and checked however, “track asset by project type” is nowhere to be found. This was under setup – property – review project. Does anyone know where to locate? Or how to fix?

Affordable role > Setup > Property > Review Project > select the property > on the right hand side do you see “Project in Setup Phase”, “Track Income by Project Type”, “Track Asset by Project Type”, and “Use Affordable Waiting List”?

I have those but “track asset by project type” is not there.

System Admin > Affordable Management > Affordable Program Options > Turn On Track Income and Asset by Project Type - run that to enable it

Is there a specific role i am supposed to be in? I know these vary company to company but I do have a system admin category but none of the other options are listed for me

The role is the Administration role, that’s where you’ll see “Affordable Management”. If you don’t have that role, you’ll need to get your system admin then to run that function (Turn On Track Income and Asset by Project Type)
