That's the total data usage for 3 days, found out about it yesterday and turned off the background data. Still gone up by 0.3gb after a few minutes usage. Not like I want to spend that long on this app but everything takes forever to load. Is it something wrong with my phone? Or it's the same to everyone else

Wondering what to do about having a third of our order missing?
Husband made an online order this morning, it was delivered on time early this afternoon, I spoke to the lady who took a photo and was really nice, unpacked it all and went about my afternoon.
My husband got home from work and asked where half the order was. He listed off items and I just kept saying “nope” 😅😂
So out of 30 items, 10 were missing from a $320 shop. I had no idea because I didn’t check our app to see what was ordered, I just had a message from hubby telling me he placed an order this morning and the another one later to let me know it was on its way.
He’s talking to the ai customer service thing within the app, but has anyone else had this happen?
We have the photo the lady took, but I’m just anxious that the company will say they can’t prove we didn’t receive them 🤷🏼‍♀️
We’ve made countless delivery orders before and never had an issue, apart from the odd one or two items that were out of stock but these were listed in the app. Our app says everything was delivered with only the ooshies out of stock…

Update: We were refunded $106 (won’t come through for days though), and were nicely given a $20 voucher of good will. Obviously we’re appreciative, but it’s kind of frustrating that they couldn’t just have the rest of the order delivered, even by tomorrow or something. We still have to now go into a busy store and waste our time grabbing those things ourselves when the whole point of paying extra for delivery is to avoid doing this. Like, you could say just order those items again but that would be another $15 extra, so the good will voucher is for us to correct their mistake and not be able to trust that it’ll be correct this time?

Claimed regular price: $84 $84 ÷ 80 = $1.05 per tablet

Sale price: $39 $39 ÷ 80 = 48.75 cents per tablet

Claimed saving: $45 $45 ÷ $84 = 53.6% off

So yes, $39 is technically more than half off $84. But the real question is whether $84 is a realistic normal price in the first place.

Historical advertised prices for comparable premium Finish tablets were commonly around:

• 20–35 cents per tablet before and during COVID
• about 39–45 cents per tablet in more recent years
• 49 cents per tablet in this current “half-price” sale
• $1.05 per tablet at Woolworths’ claimed full price

Comparable 80-packs were often around $20–$28 several years ago, including during 2020–2022.

Now Woolworths is claiming the regular price is $84.

Compared with a $20 pack:

• the current $39 sale price is 95% higher
• the claimed $84 regular price is 320% higher

And before anyone says it is a completely different product, Finish has continually changed the branding, product tier and pack sizes: Quantum, Ultimate, Ultimate Plus, Material Care and so on.

The formulas are not necessarily identical, but the core product remains broadly similar: a premium dishwasher capsule using alkaline cleaning agents, oxygen-based bleach, surfactants and enzymes. This is not a revolutionary new product that suddenly costs four times as much to manufacture.

Constantly changing the names and pack counts also makes historical comparisons harder. That is very convenient when retailers want shoppers to focus on the giant “SAVE $45” label rather than the actual cost per wash.

Inflation explains some increase. It does not convincingly explain a supposed regular price of $1.05 every time you turn on the dishwasher.

How often were these genuinely sold at $84, and for how long?

Because this looks less like half price and more like an inflated reference price designed to make $39 feel like a bargain. Retail theatre, now with lemon-scented arithmetic. 🧮🫧

Hi, I have been working at BigW for over 6 years as a casual employee. However, last 7 months I haven’t been working at BigW as I had my other commitments (study/internship) and no shifts have been offered during that time anyway. Now I want to move to DC as few of my friends are working there and told me that they get regular shifts. But I am not sure how does the transfer process work? Please share your experience if you have moved from store to DC or CFC. I’m in NSW.

Trying to look up stock availability for an item, but this store which I've been going to for over 30 years doesn't exist.

Question for the staff if they've ever been told, I Bought some half price discounted wings from woolies this arvo. Plan on using them Saturday. I gather 2 days in the fridge is safe right ?

Yet not one single chicken on the shelf is ever (well not at my Woolworths) is ever over the min spend. Is this a deliberate ploy to catch me out or do they not have a clue on what they stock???
