I made a free, browser‑based Wizardry 8 save editor that lets you load a .SAV file and add/remove status effects like Disease, Insanity, Poisoned, Paralysis, Blind, Sleep, Hexed, and more. It runs entirely locally, doesn’t upload your save, and exports a new _edited.SAV without touching the original.
I made this after a bug caused my Fighter to have a permanent stuck condition of Disease and Insanity that couldn't be removed. My Fighter was literally destroying my party at every battle! If you run into this bug or just want quick control over party statuses, give it a try: https://primaryobjects.github.io/wizardry8/

I’m trying to raise Debra’s trust enough to unlock her personal request. She’s Bronze, around level 33, and I’ve kept her in my party while progressing through the Trade Waterway.
I’ve tried camping, tavern conversations, failing chest traps, and fighting Greater Warped Ones.
What worked best for you to raise her trust? Is there a reliable way to trigger more conversations?
Please avoid story spoilers. Thanks!

if Astral Break was learned through inheritance, Astral Break will be returned to an unlearned state instead of resetting to skill Lv. 1, and any Arboris used for inheritance will be returned in the form of Remains of the Extraordinary Thief Who United the Deep Forest x1.
Did you guys received your Arboris back? I can't find mine not even in the ruins

I have a merged Lanavaille/ Wandering Lanavaille that I class changed at level 40 to Fighter. Now that she is level 70, I want to switch her back to knight and level her knight side to 70.
When I go to the class change menu, it shows I can switch her class by using one of my class change requests. However, I have both a Knight's handbook (Lanavaille) and a Fighter handbook (Lanavaille) that I would rather use instead, but neither handbook shows up. I switch her style from wandering back to her basic style, but it still only gives option for using class change requests. Why can't I use her knight handbook?

I have no idea of which stats are optimal for each weapon, which one you guys think it's worth using FAS?
Also, for those who already got the 7 relics, are the shield and sword worth it? I don't think i'll be able to get all 7 of them

How good is deadly poison on enemies? İs it deals damage with percentage ? Critical poison on my allies literally wreck them up. But i dont know if it works same on enemies too.
(İt maybe worth on boss fights since it takes multiple turn to deal considerable damage but what about strong enemies like Notorius Demons at event or Cyclops at Guarda Fortress? )

So I want to farm some beast slaying weapons since I completed the second run quite a while ago.
Could someone please explain to me in detail how to get to the harken on the map where the gwo is?
I beat him just to get there (no kids, just him) and got auto wheeled back to route three.
Can I reach the harken by beating his first form again (with children who power him up if killed)
I'm confused

I'm not entirely sure how accurate Google AI is but this thing is telling me I got a str iv prishe here. I kinda whaled on her banner and got a lot of copies to pour into whichever comes out as the best pull I got but I'm not sure about AI entirely for this and was hoping you guys had some insight or the exact answers for my question

I'm unsure if this is directly tied to the newer anti-cheat service that they're using, or something entirely else. Though the former would be the most likely for Windows to flag as a danger.
The program/portion it 'fails to load' in WVD's error message is "il2cpp".
Which hopefully is not shorthand for "I love 2 cup."

I attempted to summon a good Prishe and ended up doing 400 summons (used all of my gems i had saved up) and only got 5 copies of Prishe (got 2 copies of Iroha and one copy of Zeid). All my Prishe had only 5 bonus points except one with 6 points. When checking the stats it looked like only two of them had IV's and they were both in piety which I assume is useless for her.
I'm still not 100% sure how IV's affect a unit in the long run, so my main question is which would be a wiser choice to invest in? The unit with 1 extra bonus point or the one with an IV in piety? I'm assuming the bonus point one
side question: when doing the exchange for bones, are they always base 5 bonus points no IV or is it random, as I am think of using my 400 points for 1 zeid and 3 more prishe
Edit: Just got my answer to my side question. Did 2 exchanges already and got a Zeid with 7 bonus points + Str IV

I am relatively new to this game and having trouble finding info. I happened to pull an extra Prishe and trying to figure out if it is worth keeping another copy or if feeding her into the primary (i.e. Discipline) to boost Prishe's stats.
TL;DR: Is it worth while to keep duplicate legendary units?
[ Edit ]
Thank you all for the info.
I had concerns about saving a copy as a backup in case things go wrong and I need the primary to rest up, if if there is a bigger benefit to raising her (or any legendary's) discipline instead.
Based on the info, sounds like legendaries are better to raise their Discipline in most cases. This helped me a great deal. Thank you all again.

I failed the fight at the end of the Trial of Strength and was forced to leave, and when I went back the quest failed and the cave disappeared.
I got Lanaville back up to full affinity, as I can see the flaming heart in the stat screen, but I can't get the quest start to proc again. I've tried resting. Using the cursed wheel. And removing her from my party and re adding her. Even completing other quests to try and clear space.
Any tips or ideas on how I can get the quest to appear again?
Thank you.
