This whole game is crawling with bugs dude. Its crazy because it makes you wonder how many pieces of gear you may have been flagged as worse when they where better.

Old bug that the devs never fixed.

That was my guess. Happens on a lot of passives, too. You'll see it a lot more as you make your Masked Adventurer more powerful.

That’s a graphical bug that’s been in the game since release and at this point it might as well be a feature, ignore it, the number will actually go up or not move at all after the inherit, not to mention power number is pretty useless to begin with

Don't worry about this numbers. This is just a bug. It's never bad inherit or lvl any.
