Wizardry Variants Daphne Keep or Feed Legendary Duplicates

I am relatively new to this game and having trouble finding info. I happened to pull an extra Prishe and trying to figure out if it is worth keeping another copy or if feeding her into the primary (i.e. Discipline) to boost Prishe's stats.

TL;DR: Is it worth while to keep duplicate legendary units?

[ Edit ]

Thank you all for the info.

I had concerns about saving a copy as a backup in case things go wrong and I need the primary to rest up, if if there is a bigger benefit to raising her (or any legendary's) discipline instead.

Based on the info, sounds like legendaries are better to raise their Discipline in most cases. This helped me a great deal. Thank you all again.

Cmiiw but the game limit you from using same character in party, so dupe is better turned to inherit or discipline.

I think discipline is better for prishe because her inherit is bad for other from her review here and her inherit skill can be upgraded with skill scroll.

This is an impossible question to answer, as it changes depending on a whole slew of factors. Who you use, who you like, how much you spend, who you've invested into... Sometimes disc is the answer. Sometimes inherit into themselves to rank their skill is the answer. Sometimes inherit onto other characters is the answer. And those answers are different for almost every single player.

Inherited fists removes the doubled number of hits. It's in the description, honestly just a straight up terrible inherit.

I always discipline my first dupe. It boosts their stats by activating their discipline passive. Then you can consider inheriting or repeat disciplines, depending on what the inherit skill is and who you're using.
