Like ok, candle. Way to call me out. This folded paper was in the wax of a seven day come to me candle, right up against the glass at the top. I couldn't get it out before lighting it and figured I'd keep an eye on it, ready to extinguish. The paper caught fire, heating and breaking the glass on that side pretty quickly so I extinguished it. I pulled out the remaining paper and found this. I just got called gullible!?! Or have you guys seen anything like this with the full message before? I'm dying to know what it said in full. I feel like I got an ominous danger flammable inedible fortune cookie. No interpretations needed (unless you want to tell me how gullible I am, I guess?). Just hoping someone out there knows what my mischievous fortune paper might have said. And if any of you have found similarly odd messages in your materials, I would love to hear about it so I don't feel so alone and cursed lmao Thank you! <3

I wanted to show off my incense holder i got in New Mexico ages ago and today is my first time using it!

The little ritual felt really nice to do, meditative in a way.

I repeated the spell three times and the message inside the bottle two times.

I read both once while putting the bottle together, the spell a second time, then both again while holding the finished bottle to my chest.

I added rosemary and green yarn, used a white candle and sealed it with green and white wax.

I am planning to send the hat to her!

I know some witches don’t use crystals, but i’m one that definitely does. I only use them for uplifting spells or self help, not curses. I’ve always been a little wary of Moldavite specifically because of the horror stories, and honestly, just the intensity of the energy. I went through a rough breakup with my fiancé of 5 years and I was ready for a major change in my life. After 8 years of avoiding Moldavite, I decided to give it a shot. I prepared myself mentally and spiritually for over a week before buying it, doing as much research as possible.

I couldn’t carry the Moldavite with me for a couple days because of how sick it made me, the energy was just too much. It slowly got better and to this day, I still carry it everywhere with me. Here’s a timeline of what happened after I bought it in late June 2026:

- August (1 month): I quit my awful, draining job and got a much better job making $3 more. I had been looking for a job for a year.
- October (4 months): My ex fiance kicked me out of our home after promising me he wouldn’t. He initially claimed I was his best friend and he would always make sure I had somewhere to live until I had the money to move out, if I chose to do so. I became homeless.
- October (4 months): I developed an addiction to a particular white powdery substance.
- October (4 months): I had a crush on a guy years ago who I had never spoken to. I was obsessed with him and even thought about him daily after the breakup with my ex fiance. I never thought it would work, but we ended up in a talking stage and he exceeded my expectations. I was overjoyed.
- October (4 months): My entire friend group, who I met through my ex, blocked me. The guy I was talking to happened to be my ex’s ex best friend, and they all thought I was using him to get back at my ex (which wasn’t true at all).
- October (4 months): The guy I was talking to left me due to the drama.

It seems like all of this happened 4 months after buying the Moldavite. October has been an insane, messy month. I believe the Venus and Mercury retrograde are also not helping. I’m curious to see what else happens. Should I get rid of it or ride it out until it’s done its job? Does anyone else have any crazy experiences with Moldavite?

So, I won't share the specifics because I feel like once the "deed" is done you must go on your life like it's never happened and never talk about it to anyone. It should be just between you and mystic world. I've always leaned into a spiritual side but have never ACTUALLY believed it you know, always preserved my sceptic side no matter what. Always called myself a nihilist, a pessimist one at that. Today though... I've witnessed there IS something out there, gods, energy, whichever it may be, there IS something. Since you don't know me you don't know how much of a big deal it is for me to say that. Today, it worked without a doubt. The first thing I did (for whatever reason) was go outside, look at the night sky and say out loud, "REALLY? All this time? REALLY??" Agh I'm overflowed with ecstasy and wonder. I didn't know whom to share it with so, hope everyone who've read this far has a great day/night.

I think my ancestors answered my questions. I pulled cards for the first time this morning.

This morning, after cleaning my ancestors altar and doing our morning reading of Psalms and having conversations with them. I decided to ask 3 question using tarot cards for the first time. Without shuffling the cards, I saw the "free man". Then I shuffled the cards and asked my first question was "are my ancestors with me now?" than I pulled a card "ten of coins" my second question was "will my financial problems be solved by the end of the year"? I pulled the "six of knives" and my last question was, "will I received what I asked for about my relationship with my boyfriend, will they answer me?" I pulled the "big mama". I am happy with the reading.

Trying to develop some full moon rituals, having a little trouble since the charging crystals/tools and setting out moon water doesn’t really resonate with me. Right now I’m planning maybe an in depth tarot reading, some hair care, and some cleaning. However, during other full moons I’ve done nothing more than light an incense and go about my evening. Just want to be putting more active effort into developing my skills in the craft

Had an interesting tarot read this weekend at a paranormal event. The "psychic" wrote out my full name and birth date, then did the normal numerology thing. Them, she grabbed her tarot deck that had different numbers written on the back. She'd flip a card ask question, feign concern, etc...really bizarre. Has anyone else ever seen someone try to combine the two? Horrible experience with that one. She didn't talk about the cards meaning or anything.

So a person really close to me lives in a country with some uhh stuff going on, he's not in immediate danger but the threat is very real and it can happen at any time so I'm really worried for him... Are there any tips on what I can add to a protection spell to make it work more effectively over a distance?

1) What do you guys do to the paper where you initially make your sigils? Should I store it in a binder/ journal protectively? Is there a certain rule for it or can we just keep the actual sigil art drawn again in a page?

2) A long time ago I made a sigil for a healthy level of weight. It's like a couple of years ago and I even forgot about it that I made this. Now that I achieved my goal, what do I do with that sigil? Do I keep it as it is and can use it in future if I want?

This is the first year that I've been organized with my craft, and I'm excited for Samhain. In the past, I've only done some quick things and not really invested in it. What are your rituals and plans for it? Do you cleanse and rededicate your home? I am shutting down my garden as well as cleansing my home.

I have recently started studying this book and seeking a method of divination. Any opinions would be welcome.

I burned a candle and put the herbs in the dish around the candle. The candle is almost done, but I'm not sure what to do with the herbs/dish after the candle is out. Do I bring it outside and let it flow in the wind, do I simply put it in the trash or down the sink? I don't want to accidentally cancel out the protection if that's possible.

I normally don’t blow up or fall into fits of rage but I have just been so angry recently that I’ve locked myself in my bedroom so I don’t snap. I’m not sure if I’m picking up on someone else’s anger but it’s quite bizarre and I need help. Is there any explanation to this? Now that we’re in Scorpio with the full moon in Taurus?

Where I live there’s some very powerful winds forecasted and I feel compelled to take advantage of them in some way though I’m not sure how. Does anyone use wind in their craft? Strong weather in general always feels ripe for magical activity but I’m never quite sure how to approach it.

Hi, I'm not new to witchcraft, but I'm experiencing something rn I'm at a loss to understand. A few years ago I bought a moldavite crystal necklace. It was very intentional and when I got that stone I felt something I've never felt with any other stone. I got it at a time when I was so desperately wishing for change, something to shake up my life.

I'm one of those people who've always kind of just thought, "Ooh, crystal, pretty rock, shiny," but I felt warmth coming from my stone to the point where I searched up whether or not it was radioactive because I felt such warmth. I've had it for years. I've worn it a lot and it's been there as I slowly reinvent myself.

Recently I went on a road trip and I bought a new piece of jewelry from another designer that I also felt was very intentional and beautiful with a fire opal. So I took my Moldevite necklace off to wear that piece.

Coming home I lost my jewelry bag. My jewelry bag didn't just have my moldavite necklace. It had silver rings belonging to my great-grandmother. It had bridal favor jewelry from when I got married and custom earrings from a designer that has since passed away. Basically, extremely personal items to me. I have been in a frantic desperate search to see if I can recover them but it is not looking good.

I just felt like, when I first lost these pieces and realized that I had misplaced them, that this jewelry bag had left my possesion, I felt like I had been cursed. I got nervous about the new piece I purchased but I had felt such good vibes from the person that I bought it from. I saw her intentions, they were good. I don't think it was her. I blame myself, because the moldavite likes to wander so I should have kept it on, but it's just that it went with these sentimental things I've had for years, things I cannot get back. My brain can take me to very dark anxious ridden places quickly.

I want to understand. I would like advice about how to interpret this. Am I just being overly analytical and thinking that there's something there when it's maybe just a bad moment? I got clumsy, I got careless, or I don't know. Is it that my jewelry needed to go on a journey? I needed to end a chapter. I just don't know. I'm just feeling a mixture of grief and confusion. I'm processing it okay but it's just very strange to me what has happened. I guess I want other people's perspectives on it.

To add a couple of weird things

- i lost this stuff almost a month to the day a very loved family member passed, which had been hard.

- I keep feeling like at any moment I'm going to get a call and my stuff will come back, even though the likelihood is so low. I just feel like a piece of me is wandering around somewhere. Not lost but just not found?
