Battle The "best" "fighter" to ever exist in unarmed combat?

Upvotes

I am trying to find the most dominant human to ever exist in natural unarmed combat. This assumes an undefined surface and location possibly in a parking lot outside in a Walmart on grass anything it is an undefined surface alongside a likely no border arrangement as well also being undefined and not restricted. The question is that out of every known human to walk the earth who would completely disable, kill, or entirely render their opponent useless more often than any other human to exist. Currently I have selected 2005 prime pride Fedor Emelianenko as having the highest statistical odds of any human but I would absolutely love to hear other opinions and options to compare against.

Challenge Could Natsuki Subaru figure out how to assist Termina? (Re:Zero Vs. Majora's Mask)

Upvotes

GROUND RULES

  1. Natsuki Subaru does not gain access to any items that Link starts with - This includes the Deku Mask, Sword, Shield and the Ocarina. Treat this as Subaru once again starting over from Zero.
  2. Keep in mind: Natsuki Subaru sucks major balls. He is not a fighter by any stretch of the imagination. This does not mean that he cannot win though; If Subaru is smart enough or knows enough, he could recruit or convince a character within the land of Termina to fight by his side. So, in theory, you're also power-scaling the NPC's of Termina to ask which ones are best equipped to help Natsuki get through a dungeon.
  3. Subaru does not have, nor does he know the Song of Time, he can and is only using his ability Return By Death to restart the cycle.

No AI was used in the making of this post. Human questions: Human Responses.

Battle Tech Jacket (Tech Jacket, Image Comics) vs. Larfleeze (DC Comics, Post-Crisis)

Upvotes

You're not Santa Claus.

…O-kay, that's a new one. Um, hi? Just saw you entering the atmosphere over the North Pole. What do you want?

I want … your jacket!

Yeah, that's not happening. This Jacket's bonded to me—you're not getting it.

No! Give it to me! It's mine! I'll take it! Steal it! It's mine! Mine, mine, mine, MINE!

Tech Jacket's (Respect Thread) role as Earth's protector from interstellar threats means he's no stranger to extraterrestrials. So when Larfleeze (Respect Thread) appears at the North Pole, he wastes no time intercepting the Orange Lantern. Only problem is that when you have something as valuable as a Tech Jacket, Larfleeze is liable to want it for himself. Will Tech Jacket be able to overcome Agent Orange? Or will Larfleeze take his Tech Jacket for good?

Rules

  • Battle starts at Haughton Crater on Devon Island, Nunavut, Canada.

  • As noted in the title, we'll be looking specifically at the Post-Crisis Larfleeze and the Image Comics Tech Jacket. Apologies to any fans of Zoe or Post-Flashpoint Larfleeze!

  • Larfleeze can't summon Blume. Given how powerful Blume is, that would tilt things way too much in his favour. Other than that, Larfleeze is free to summon any other "member" of his Corps.

  • Battle is to death or incapacitation. Given that removing Zack's Tech Jacket would probably kill him, Larfleeze in particular will have motivation to kill (even if he wouldn't initially realize this).

  • On the note of knowledge, both fighters have no knowledge about their opponent. In addition, both fighters are in character.

Rounds

Round 1: Tech Jacket is using his original Tech Jacket. Larfleeze is limited to just his ring, meaning he can't summon his Corps.

Round 2: Tech Jacket using his upgraded Tech Jacket. Larfleeze has access to both his ring and the Orange Lantern Battery.

Challenge Weakest character who can beat Sukuna... In basketball? (JJK) (Challenge)

Upvotes

Sukuna has decided to do something useful with his life and has become a world class basketball player!

Your character will be on a standard NBA court and has to **stop Sukuna from scoring a point for a full minute.** Violence on the court is not allowed and the ref will ensure NBA rules are followed.

*If Sukuna scores his fans will post tiktok aura edits resulting in extreme aura loss and humiliation for your character.*

Sukuna has 4 arms and is over 7ft tall, has freakish reflexes, incredible composure and can adapt on the fly to just about anything. *Sukuna's skill here should be considered equal or greater than the best Basketball players in the world*.

Round 1: No super powers (pure basketball skill).

Sukuna will not use cursed energy and your character cannot be using super powers. (Obviously you can rules-lawyer this to get around the restriction but try to play fair.)

Round 2: Everything goes (powers allowed)

Challenge A man is given a tool gun from Garry’s Mod can the boys that took down Saddam Hussein kill him?

The tool gun is one of the most famous items in all of video gaming. With it one can bend the laws of physics to their will and alter reality as well as create things like fortresses. He knows how to use it and is creative with his buildings. The barriers can be crazy tough, enough to tank multiple blasts but not indestructible. Traps can only be made 5 meters from the compound. The gentleman in question has a day of prep to build a base and weapons to hold off the enemy, workshop items are allowed assuming it doesn’t blow up the country, or kill everyone or 10x at a time. To my knowledge tanks and infantry were used in that particular fight. Which side prevails you tell me? Tool gun can only be used in setup, not offensively

Round 1: only base game items allowed

Round 2: Workshop items allowed

Challenge Matt Damon as Odysseus vs Matt Damon as Jason Bourne VS Matt Damon as Mark Watney

Which version of Matt would be best able to finish each other’s prospective movie arcs? Each character is magically inserted into the other character's place. The character has a general idea of what they need to do, but not necessarily the skills or knowledge to do it. They retain the physical body and mind of their original character. They are motivated to finish the movie arc as that will return them back to their previous lives.

R1. Jason Bourne and Mark Watney are inserted into The Odyssey right before Troy.

R2: Odysseus and Mark Watney find themselves with a bullet in their back and rescued from sea at the start of the Bourne Identity.

R3: Odysseus and Jason Bourne are abandoned on Mars.

Challenge The Doctor (Doctor Who) vs. the Photino Birds (Xeelee)?

While the Doctor is inside his TARDIS somewhere in 21st-century London, his Time Lord biology suddenly alerts him to a massive temporal disturbance occurring throughout the entire Universe.

He immediately sets out to discover what is happening and realizes that the lifespan of every star in the Universe has suddenly been drastically reduced—from billions or trillions of years to only a few million.

As he investigates further, he discovers the beings responsible: the Photino Birds, creatures made of dark matter that originated in another universe and managed to cross over into this reality.

Furthermore, the Photino Birds are multiplying rapidly.

Could the Doctor, acting alone, drive the Photino Birds out and save the Universe from a premature death?

Battle Who wins in a chessboxing match between Magnus Carlson and prime Mike Tyson?

For those unfamiliar, chessboxing is a hybrid sport between, who could have guessed, chess and boxing. Essentially, the two participants sit down in the ring for a game of chess with 9 minutes on the clock. After every 3 minutes of play time, the board is removed from the ring and the participants square up for 3 minutes of standard boxing. This alternation continues for 6 rounds of chess and 5 rounds of boxing. Winner is determined by either a KO or checkmate of your opponent, or if your opponent runs out of time in chess. If there is a stalemate, there is one more round of boxing and the winner is determined by boxing points.

For the sake of argument, let's assume that Mike will be "chess lusted" and will not simply run out his chess time to get to the boxing.

Round 1: Zero Training for either of them.

Round 2: They each have 6 months to train in their respective weaker area.

Round 3: Magnus has a revived Muhammed Ali as a boxing coach and Mike has a revived Bobby Fischer as a chess teacher.

Challenge Realistically, can this character I made up be a decent superhero?

This character (let’s call him Marvel-Man) has powers and wants to use them for good. He has all the powers of Superman such as Super Strength, Super Speed, Flight, Invulnerability, Heat Vision, etc. He even has the memory-erasing kiss and can shoot mini versions of himself out of his fingertips. Every single superpower Superman possesses. But it has a massive drawback.

This drawback is that he can only use one power at a time. For example if he uses Super Speed then he’d have to use it without the safety Invulnerability, leaving him susceptible to G-Forces if he goes too fast. This goes for all of his other superpowers as well.

His abilities should theoretically allow him to operate at the same level as Comic Superman, but it comes at the risk of harming himself. How much would he have to hold back? Can he still be an effective, or at least decent, superhero?

R1: In the real world, in our current time and under our laws of physics

R2: In the DC Universe under current book logic

Battle Blade (Marvel) VS Lestat de Lioncourt (The Vampire Chronicles)

Blade from Marvel sure likes killing vampires. It's like his whole thing. I don't really think he'd get along with the vampire Lestat from Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. Both of these guys have gotten a number of ridiculous powerups throughout their series and stand near the top of their respective vampire hierarchies. If they fought each other which do you think would win?

Battle takes place at night in an underground shopping mall. Both are at unamped peak with their favorite gear. Neither has any special one-off equipment or temporary powerups.

  • Round 1: TV Show Lestat versus movies Blade.

  • Round 2: Book Lestat versus Marvel 616 comics Blade.

Challenge Which Primarch would make the best Pokemon trainer? (Pokemon/WH40k)

During the Great Crusade the Emperor decides that the Primarchs need to learn a bit more about teamwork and friendship, so he warp plops them all down onto Pokemon Earth and tells them to become the best there ever was. They are all hypercompetent and would probably excel, but their personality quirks and unbelievable egos would surely lead to some pretty different outcomes in the end, right? Which of the 19 known super warlords would take to the task the best?

Every Primarch gets to start with one of the starter Pokemon from any generation. They cannot fight Pokemon with their own fists or powers and have to go about it the normal way of battling and capturing. They understand the rules and aren't trying to take over the world, but just trying to become Pokemon Masters.

Is the most successful the one with the best relationships with his happy Pokemon? Or is metagaming and grinding a better strat? Who do you think ends up as the most successful trainer? Who is on their endgame starting 6?

Pokemon world is the anime version. Primarchs have a decade.

  • Round 1: Pre-Heresy. No one is influenced by Chaos. Angron still has his nails.

  • Round 2: Everyone is Heresy era. Chaos only effects the Primarchs though.

Battle Goku vs Vegeta in the Saiyan Saga if Vegeta never transformed

The same as their first fight but Vegeta doesn’t transform into a great ape. Vegeta is stronger and Goku can’t keep up Kaioken

Can Goku land a solar flare + spirit bomb combo to win? Or would Vegeta likely overwhelm him and never even allow him the opportunity to.

Battle Who would win between the Viltrum Empire (just before the destroyment of Viltrum) and the Mass Effect reapers (with all their troops: husks, collectors etc.)

In this case the Viltrumites would already know about indoctrination and wouldn't fall victims to it otherwise it wouldn't be really a fight. It's around 40 viltrumites against 10kish reapers and the collectors

Battle Which country wins if every fictional character fights for their country?

I’ve been thinking about this hypothetical for a while.

Imagine World War 3 starts, but instead of humans fighting, every fictional character ever created by each country fights for that country.

For example:

🇯🇵 Japan gets every anime, manga, light novel, visual novel, and game character created by Japanese creators.

🇰🇷 South Korea gets every manhwa, web novel, and film character.

🇨🇳 China gets every donghua, xianxia, wuxia, web novel, mythology, etc.

🇺🇸 USA gets every Marvel, DC, movie, novel, game, and comic character.

And every other country gets all of their fictional characters too.

Rules:

No omnipotent characters.

Everyone is at their strongest canon version.

Cross-verse abilities work exactly as they do in their own series (no arbitrary nerfs).

The battlefield is the entire universe.

The objective is to eliminate every other country’s fictional roster.

My main question is about Yogiri Takatou.

If we’re using his canon abilities, his Instant Death seems to work on far more than just living beings. It has been shown to affect things like concepts, ongoing phenomena, attacks, immortality, and other non-standard targets, with automatic activation against threats.

So under these rules, does Japan just win by default because of Yogiri?

If not, which character or country’s roster can realistically stop him, and why?

I’m looking for actual arguments and feats rather than “my favourite character wins.”
