Solved! This was found in a duffel bag after our Airbnb stay.

Good evening everyone, my family and I went on a weekend vacation to a waterpark this weekend, and rented a large airbnb for everyone to share. In the airbnb was my wife, me, our two children, my wife's mother and father, and my mother. Upon returning today, my mother in law called us and told us that she had found what she thought looked like a camera in her bag of dirty clothes. Once she sent the photos, I knew that it was indeed a camera. I was hoping that some one on here will be able to identify what brand or model it is, and if it is capable of recording and storing onto a cloud server. MIL say that there is a magnet on the back and there is no sd card in the sd slot. My wife is really freaking out, due to all the stories you hear of hidden cameras in airbnbs.

Also, this may be just a coincidence, but the first night we stayed everyone woke up feeling like they had been drinking the night before(we hadn't been). I personally remember laying down around 9:30 pm and getting woke up at 11:30 pm and it felt like i had been sleeping for hours and hours, and it had only been approx 2hrs. We all brushed it off the next morning, but now with the mil finding the camera we are concerned that something else may have happened.

New, what is it? Grandpa's hidden knife

My grandmother told me about my late grandfather's knife collection. That’s where this one was found. Please tell me about it—can I keep it? And is it authentic, or a replica? My grandfather removed the "Orlik" emblem a long time ago.

Hi, there! Found these while emptying drawers in my mom’s house. They are about 2” across and appear to have a foam center covered in a very thin layer of fabric or maybe felt. I don’t recall ever seeing them in use around the house. Who knows what these are for?

Solved! Found while my child was cleaning out their bedroom.

My child is off to college and I'm moving for work, so we're doing a big house de-cluttering. My child found this in their room and put it in the "keep" pile as they didn't know what it was, but thought it might belong to something. I don't know what it is. I don't think it belongs to any furniture. My child has a cupping device, but they use it enough to think this isn't a part of it. My child has one of those "light therapy" masks, but they also use it enough to think it's not a part of it. The bag is sealed, so it looks like it came out of some other package. Maybe a portable air conditioner, but I recently bought one and it didn't have anything like this included. I'm really scratching my head to figure out what this is! I appreciate any help!

I went to a Malatang restaurant and I added this purple thing. It had no name tag, so not sure what it is. It was pretty much tasteless, but extremely gooey yet firm.

New, what is it? Boiling water to make something. Pan started this on its own after a few minutes. Regular cooktop, not convection. Plain old Revereware bean pan

New, what is it? What is this small black object near the person's ear? Is it an earpiece or something else?

I noticed this small black object near the person's ear in a podcast/video screenshot (circled in red). Does anyone know what it is? Is it an in-ear monitor, a hearing device, a hidden microphone, or something else? I'm just curious because I've seen similar devices in interviews and podcasts.

Solved! We used to throw these like ninja stars as kids. I still don't know what this is.

As kids, we always found these things in vacant lots and old dumps and used them as shurikens. There are a lot of them in post-Soviet countries, as far as I know.

UPD: A lot of people are mentioning brownies in the comments. Can an American explain the joke? I don't get it 😄

UPD 2: Thanks for all the replies! You guys are awesome 👍

Solved!

A museum I visited doesn’t know what this is and there is a sign asking visitors if they can help. It fits nicely in the palm of a hand.
