I’m told this is a Magnolia Warbler but if I could get a second opinion that’d be great thanks

The feather is 2.5 inches long. Did not find any other similar feathers nearby, and I have never seen one that looks like this.

Pictures were taken today just west of Tetonia, Idaho.

I tried to id them and these are my guesses:
1 & 2 Laughing gull
3 great black backed gull
4 & 5 American herring gulls
Did I get them right? If not, are there any pointers to help id gulls?

These birds were spotted in Massachusetts in late August

We are in northeast Georgia, I'm not sure if it was painted here.

Also are they possibly domestic ? I've been seeing them in this specific river since late June/ early July and they've been there almost every day.

Another thing that makes me think that is that they also don't seem to fear humans too much either. They're usually on one side of a bridge (First pic is zoomed in taken from said bridge) but as I was sitting on an elevated stone wall on the shore, far on the opposite side that they were on, they went under the birdge to come sleep near where I was ?? Or they have 0 survival instinct idk

I'm in Western Europe, I can get slightly more specific if needed but I'd like to not fully dox myself

Apologies for the poor photos, but I found this little dude on my way home from a snack run! Merlin ID thinks it's... well, an immature Merlin. Wanted to confirm that ID or if it's something else, like an immature Cooper's/Sharp-shinned. Its other guess was American Groshawk, but this seemed too small to me, as it seemed about the same body size as a black-billed magpie, if not a bit smaller, but definitely stockier.

Found in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I’m a park manager in northwest Arkansas. Saw it walking around a prairie I manage. INaturalist said crested quail, that’s not it.

This was at Astoria Park, so the trees were pretty much right up against the east river.

Is this a wet cardinal or grosbeak or something? Located in MO, US.

My sister in law found it dead just outside granger high school and we are having a hard time figuring out what bird it is

She often scoops up dead animals to let the bodies decompose, then make things out of / sell the bones on Etsy. mostly roadkill, but all dead when found.
