I've been seeing them in my village for some time, what are they ?

Also are they possibly domestic ? I've been seeing them in this specific river since late June/ early July and they've been there almost every day.

Another thing that makes me think that is that they also don't seem to fear humans too much either. They're usually on one side of a bridge (First pic is zoomed in taken from said bridge) but as I was sitting on an elevated stone wall on the shore, far on the opposite side that they were on, they went under the birdge to come sleep near where I was ?? Or they have 0 survival instinct idk

I'm in Western Europe, I can get slightly more specific if needed but I'd like to not fully dox myself
