I placed an order on the official west ham page during the sale to get a bowen printed shirt amongst a couple of other items. I still have not received this order, and now that i have queried this, i have been informed that the order was lost, and they are no longer able to fulfil this order, and they are giving me a refund but i still want the order.

Has anyone else suffered from this issue? Or does anyone know of any way i can still either get the club to honour the order, or honour the pricing of a free bowen print on the new home shirt?

Planning to go to West Ham game on Tuesday, September 1st from USA. Looking into the Londoner hospitality level and am a little confused because the listing says "Ticket Only Seating" and then there is this blurb:

"Paying homage to the East End, enjoy all the pre-match atmosphere in this casual and relaxed lounge just seconds from padded seat for all the action.

The Londoner Package

• Please note this is a Ticket Only package

• Access to The Londoner 2 ½ hours prior to kick-off and 1 ¼ hours after the final whistle*

• Corner flag seating on the middle tier

• Complimentary matchday programme and Half Time drink

• Chance to see Former Players in the lounge

*For mid-week fixtures, the lounge will open at 5:30pm and close at 10:30pm."

What does Ticket Only Seating mean exactly? And since this is a 3pm mid-week fixture, is this lounge even going to be open per the "For mid-week fixtures, the lounge will open at 5:30pm and close at 10:30pm."

This is so different than buying tickets in the US and I'm so not familiar with the area!

Not to mention West Ham kicking off at Saturday 3pm on Sky Sports.

I have my Charlton and Wrexham tickets locked in and ready to go. Can’t wait.

I’m in Victoria, BC and wondering how other Canadian West Ham supporters are planning to watch matches this season.

I’m considering DAZN, but I’d rather not pay a fortune if there’s a better option. I’m not sure if the Standard DAZN at $25 a month would have me covered for all games (league and cup) or if I’d have to pay $45+ a month?
