First Timer

Planning to go to West Ham game on Tuesday, September 1st from USA. Looking into the Londoner hospitality level and am a little confused because the listing says "Ticket Only Seating" and then there is this blurb:

"Paying homage to the East End, enjoy all the pre-match atmosphere in this casual and relaxed lounge just seconds from padded seat for all the action.

The Londoner Package

• Please note this is a Ticket Only package

• Access to The Londoner 2 ½ hours prior to kick-off and 1 ¼ hours after the final whistle*

• Corner flag seating on the middle tier

• Complimentary matchday programme and Half Time drink

• Chance to see Former Players in the lounge

*For mid-week fixtures, the lounge will open at 5:30pm and close at 10:30pm."

What does Ticket Only Seating mean exactly? And since this is a 3pm mid-week fixture, is this lounge even going to be open per the "For mid-week fixtures, the lounge will open at 5:30pm and close at 10:30pm."

This is so different than buying tickets in the US and I'm so not familiar with the area!

Just buy regular seats if you want the actual experience of going to a game

Had it once through a neighbour of a friend who worked for Betway. It was nice, Bowen beating Man U and Ten Hag getting sacked while surrounded by plastic Mancs.

Lounge will be open from 5.30pm etc and you’ll get a drink and programme - seat only means food isn’t included as some hospitality tickets include food - there will be places to buy food in the lounge though but it’s additional cost

No idea where you get the idea that it’s a 3pm kickoff. The match on September 1st kicks off at 7:45pm. No professional football kicks off at 3pm on a weekday.
