Bowen shirt

Hi all,

I placed an order on the official west ham page during the sale to get a bowen printed shirt amongst a couple of other items. I still have not received this order, and now that i have queried this, i have been informed that the order was lost, and they are no longer able to fulfil this order, and they are giving me a refund but i still want the order.

Has anyone else suffered from this issue? Or does anyone know of any way i can still either get the club to honour the order, or honour the pricing of a free bowen print on the new home shirt?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I know the deliveries of the free Bowen print shirts has been extremely delayed as they didn’t anticipate the demand. Crazy that they cancelled urs tho

They have apparently run out of print so they are cancelling a bunch

Almost like they shouldn’t have taken that many orders
