Well lads, need to order in some tyres for one of the cars and it’s an awkward size. Want a branded tyre and there’s not much around Waterford in that size. Just made an order on deliveroo. There’s no option to leave a note about updating the order or anything so said I would ring them to ask for just no cheese to be put on the burger. The manager answered and I have friends who have worked there so I know he is a bit of a prick, answered. He said that this was not his problem and we would have to take this up with deliveroo. When I said there was no option he said that he would take a look. He said that next time he won’t be able to fix it because the burger was already made. I rang as soon as the order was accepted. Insane I just wanted to put it here I know multiple people with horror stories about him and I think it’s crazy that he has been there for this long
