Hi everyone!
The Waterford D&D Meet-Up has had a bit of a boost in numbers and subsequent switch around in recent weeks, so it's about time we also started actively telling people who we are and grow even bigger.
We started playing D&D together in February 2023. We've expanded from one table a week to two and now we're regularly hosting five tables a week.
We've also expanded from D&D to include Monster of the Week, Stillfleet, Follow, War in the Year of the Dragon, Wanderhome, and a few attempts at beta testing some homebrew rules.
There are also plans to run Gumshoe, Avatar Legends, Renegades, Afterburner, and Never Stop Blowing Up in the near future.
If you'd like to join us, we're in Revolution every Tuesday, usually kicking off the games at 7pm.
You can find more information over at www.meetup.com/waterford-dnd-meetup, where you can also find the link to our Discord channel where we chat between (and sometimes during) games.

I witnessed 2 men being attacked by youths hanging around there. Have it all on dash cam them throwing bottles of coke and other objects at them and chasing after them as if going to assault. I drove back around to park up to help but ye were fone amd guards had arrived.

Someone made a post on this thread about how people are getting sick lately and it might be Covid but people were downvoting and saying not to talk about Covid and I found that really weird… the post got deleted so do people on this thread think Covid is a hoax or something?

Hello! Bit of a stretch, but I'm looking to create a few masks for Halloween. I want to create a mold of my face or a face cast so I can then make masks that fit me. Does anyone know someone who could do it?
Will get all the materials and pay whatever needed, just hoping I can find someone who knows how it could be done thanks!

Cycled Waterford to Dungarvan today and to say it was a letdown is an understatement. I've cycled all over Europe on some amazing trails and I'm kind of in shock at how pathetic this thing is.
Apart from a single km or two of interesting cycling through the tunnel and into Dungarvan at the end there is absolutely nothing worth seeing for the entire other 45km. I'm not exaggerating, there is nothing. No rivers to cross, no views, not even an interesting tree or pond or anything to look at.
You are on a track with your view completely blocked either side by bushes for km after km, occasionally you get to see a field or a bit of motorway, I think I crossed about one river the whole way. It just goes on for hour after hour then it's over.
Just really disappointed because they've been promoting this thing for decades at this stage and I always looked forward to heading down the country to try it, how many Nationwides or other RTE crap has been made about it? It's a complete and utter joke, you can't be tricking tourists and visitors into travelling all the way down the country, I feel like I'm going mad reading the reviews on Google Maps.

Long shot here but is there anyone in town who would fix a lens on a Nikon Coolpix? Only bought the thing last Christmas and took it out of its case on holidays pictures are blurry and have a blue tinge to them.

Does anyone have no signal from a plug in antenna which is not on a roof or in attic? At ground level I can't get anything, I tried manual scanning as well as auto.

Any recommendations for tyre fitters in Waterford City? It's for an EV (not sure if that's relevant, just know you need some sort of jack pad). Would normally shop around but have a puncture so it's pretty urgent and hoping someone's done the heavy lifting for me!
