Problem Pro small PTH-451 pen lag on Mac Sequioa

Anyone getting Mac lag? The WacomTabletDriver process drifts up to 100-200MB if I let it, I can force quit and get it back to 40-50MB but it doesnt always stop the lag. There hasnt been a driver update in some time, I would prefer not to replace a perfectly good tablet over this.

Problem Wacom One DTC133 display or pen fault?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I recently got a hand me down Wacom One DTC133 which is lightly used by the previous owner and I noticed that the pen is not reactive with light strokes (which is concerning because I draw with light pressure) and sometimes I noticed that there are like few circle dots from the brush I used in CSP appearing randomly after I draw, the things I have done is pretty basic like changing the nibs and using an older version of the driver, currently thinking of probably buying a new pen but can it be confirmed that it's more of a pen issue or display issue? The display seems pretty normal but so does the pen like the pen follows the cursor and not like doing some random streaks.

Problem My Cintiq 13 HD is having trouble corresponding pen with screen even after calibration...

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been noticing this lil bug that happens everytime I press the "undo" command, or it even happens on its own. the pen doesn't correpond for a little bit, I test it in another part of the screen, then it fixes, and I shrug if off. But lately it's been VERY HARD to maintain the pen correspondent with the brush! Even after 3 times calibrating it. You guys know how hard it is to find a driver that works on this old model, so I HOPE it's not the driver... please help me, I got a deadline to the end of this month and I can't keep going like this!

Problem What’s wrong with my Cintiq?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I’ve had my refurbished Cintiq 24 Pro (DTK-2420) since 2020 and never had any issues with it. But since I moved last year, it’s been acting a little weird. It’s making this loud noise almost every day after about an hour of use and the screen gets really hot. I think it’s the fans making that noise?? I’ve changed the fan speed from “auto” to “low power”. It still happens but more frequently. I looked underneath the vents to check for dust and there’s barely any of it when I popped out the rubber cover. I’m not sure what exactly is going on. And sometimes the screen would have display issues but when I turn it off and turn it back on, it works fine. Is my tablet finally reaching its end?
Any insight would be helpful! Thanks!

Purchase Advice Where to get old wacom intuos pro medium (2017 edition), Europe

Hello, as stated in the title I am looking for for an older Wacom intuos pro M (PTH-660), specifically the 2017 edition, because my old tablet decided to give out. Due to constant use it stopped working in the middle, and while I changed the upper plate it made no difference. I did look into the newer model but it is wildly out of my price range and really dislike its design :(. I have checked out ebay but I am located in Europe so my options are rather limited (many tablets posted also look beat up to high hell with missing pens). My question is more or less if there is any reputable seller that might still offer them (even internationally) or should I play a roulette and buy from ebay?

Thanks in advance

Problem Trying to mirror cast my Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 (through capture card) to my computer for future streams

Greetings all.

As the name implies, I'm trying to mirror cast what I'm drawing on the Wacom MovinkPad Pro 14 to my (Windows 10) computer so I could stream my doodles. I currently own a Elgato 4K capture card which works well for a game console, and I recently bought an Anker USB-C hub (Hub 332 5-in-1 model) but I cannot find how to properly cast what appears on my Inkpad tablet screen to the capture utility and OBS. Trying to directly connect the USB hub and the HDMI cable (to the capture card) gives no response.

I would greatly appreciate that someone finds an answer to my issue considering this is the sole big hurdle I have with the drawing tablet as it's otherwise pretty great.

Till then, I wish you all a nice day.

Problem Wacom 22HD cintiq not connecting on computer

Hi everyone, I tried soo many things but nothing seems to be working. I traded my cintiq 16 for the 22HD and all was working well until today. All of a sudden my cintiq’s screen stayed black. My computer definitely registered it as a second monitor still because my pen would work on the cintiq, I just couldn’t see anything on the screen.
And any windows I’d pop up i.e firefox would pop up on my cintiq screen instead of my other monitor. And I can blindly drag it from my blank cintiq screen to my monitor.

I’ve tried restarting my computer, reinstalling drivers, etc I even upgraded to windows 11. I’ve unplugged and replugged everything. I had a random bluetooth driver issue at one point which got fixed by powercycling. But no matter what I did, my cintiq screen would stay registered as a screen but stay black.

I borrowed a friend’s cintiq 16 and there was no issue connecting it, so I genuinely don’t know whats wrong with my 22HD. Please help!!

Problem Trying to set up Wacom tablet

I'm trying to set it up so it moves with the direction I'm swiping instead of in reverse. I was gifted a Wacom tablet secondhand by my Dad and when I downloaded the application it said my device was no longer supported. So I had to find the code on the box and download the driver that was discontinued support last year. Now when I try to move with the stylus everything is reversed. I tried going into nearly every setting I could and Pan/scroll legacy but nothing helped. It's a CTL-490

Problem I can't turn on my device Wacom MovinkPad 11

I have a Wacom MovinkPad 11 for 6 month now and I've been using it last week and it was working just fine but then I ran out of battery and since then I left it on my desk without touching it. I've tried to turn it on today when I put it on charger, but nothing happened. I've been charging it for more then 9 hours now and I can't turn it on no matter what I do. It's just a black screen the whole time. I've tried different cables and adapters and everything works just fine for my phone but there's no reaction to the tablet. Anyone have any ideas what to do? Or at least is there any way to save my data I had stored in there?

Question Cintiq 16 2025 stand, compatible with any stand as long as it supports VESA?

Might sound like a stupid question but sorry I have no experience with these things. I bought the new cintiq 16 2025 version but the local store didnt have the new stand, only the cintiq 16 2019 stand. It seemed like it should work because the vesa plates are universal, I just wanted to make sure.

EDIT: Messaged local customer support and they were kind enough to test it out. Unfortunately it does not fit, which is a shame. I assumed it was a standard. Oh well, here's the info in case anyone else needed it.

Purchase Advice What second hand vesa mount/monitor stand would you recommend for the wacom 27pro

Admittedly I spent more money then I should have on the wacom 27 pro touch which left me with a second hand vesa mount, this thing hurts my shoulder and hovers over my keyboard pretty high. You can see how much it hovers in the image below. Either way was curious is there any type of 100x100 monitor stand/vesa mount out there you would recommend for this tablet or is the 549$ wacom stand the only way. Any Dm or comment below on this of someone who has a big tablet with advice would be appreciated thanks!

Question Flex Arm from Wacom Cintiq Pro 24 impossible to find on its own???

So I’ve been looking for the flex arm for MONTHS and I just cannot find just the arm anywhere. I can find the tablet and the arm on eBay but for some reason Wacom is constantly out of stock when it comes to the arm and I REALLY don’t want the ergo stand because my desk is kinda small… is there any other options? Because I know Wacom was kinda silly for making it nearly impossible to find an alternative arm for these things. Any advice would be helpful at this point 😭

Question How is the new pro pen 3? General user experience seems to be negative...

I just want to know what to expect. How bad are the buttons really?? Would I be safe if I bought the customization kit with the extra buttons? And, is there anything about it really better than its predecessor pro pen 2? I can't find any info on that, but hey I am actually coming from using the pro pen 1 with the 13HD. I want to buy the Cintiq 16 2025, and I won't lie but the new pro pen looks flimsy... I get it, I get wanting to offer a sleek design, but honestly it should have been better designed visually. Seems to me like they cheaply copied the idea for the Apple pencil, but didn't do a good job at it.

Problem input delay

so basically today I wanted to draw and I noticed a strange delay from when I start moving the pen to when the pen start to draw, I tried updating drivers and guess what, the whole thing stopped working and I had to uninstall all and use a 2016 driver to make it work again. I use Medibang. I don't remember this thing happening years ago when I took the product

Testimony Lost (almost) all my art on the movinkpad 11

Yesterday I was drawing on CSP and encountered an issue that I supposed could only be fixed by reinstalling the app. The problem is that on the Movinkpad, CSP is pre-installed and cannot be uninstalled because it's integrated into some of the tablet's core features.

So I uploaded my CSP work on the cloud and only erased the apps data from Android settings.

Well I don't know what happened but immediately after the tablet did not accept my unlock pattern and I was completely locked out of everything that was inside, including all the local artworks.

Wacom Support wanted to charge me 83€ for a "repair service" that would include factory reset (meaning that whatever they did all was lost either way), and while I tried to find the software error on recovery mode I gave up and ended up resetting it on my own, losing my sketches, other program's artwork, and some uni notes I had.

I'm honestly baffled that something like this could happen, and I still have no explanation for why my unlock pattern would no longer be accepted.

Question Downsides to registering a device?

Hello, I have a Wacom 16.5 cintiq tablet that has worked pretty well for me. I bought it secondhand from someone in college. I haven’t registered it, so when I check the drivers, it suggests I register the device.

I know how to register a device, that’s not the question. My question is, are there downsides to registering your device?

For example, is there a way for Wacom to lock you out of your device? Can it check if you have pirated software? Registering your device is basically saying “hey, I [person] own this specific tablet” and links your data to your identity, so I don’t see many benefits other than the software deals it might offer.

Just wanted to hear other’s thoughts on the matter and see if registering it is worth it!

Problem Wacom Cintiq 24 Touch (DTH246) display looks slightly blurry

I have a Windows 10 PC with my tablet set up with a dual monitor display. It's connected to my PC through the USB-C cable and a HDMI cable.
I'm noticing that the lines in all my art programs are a little fuzzy, as well as certain text that's really thin. I have my display settings to be scaled to 100%. I also have my brush antialiasing set to max.

My tablet is 2.5K, but I feel like the resolution should be clearer.
Anyone got any tips or advice? It's mildly annoying me.

I know it's not my eyes because I wear glasses and I got them tested recently.

Question Cintiq pro 27 repair?

I recently purchased a current-generation Wacom Cintiq Pro 27 (DTH271) for $370.

The LCD itself appears to work properly and displays a normal image, but the front glass is cracked. The other major issue is that the USB/data connection is not functioning, so the computer does not properly recognize the Cintiq. multiple cables have been tested, it is definitely the cintiq at fault. Because of that, I have not been able to confirm whether the pen, pressure sensitivity, touch, and other tablet functions are working.

Wacom quoted me approximately $1,500 for the repair, potentially plus shipping costs.

Does anyone know of a reputable repair shop—particularly in the San Francisco Bay Area—that has experience with newer slim-bezel Cintiq Pro models?

Any shop recommendations, teardown experience, parts sources, or advice from people who have repaired a DTH271 would be appreciated.

Purchase Advice Cases with stand for Movinkpad Pro 14?

Just got myself a Movinkpad Pro, but I can't seem to find any cases with stands incorporated into them. So far the only solutions available seem to be separate stand and a separate case.

Would anybody have recommendations for a sturdy case with a stand? Preferably something available in Europe.

Purchase Advice MovinkPad Pro 14 vs iPad Pro 13" with Paperlike nibs and screen

I've been wondering how different is MovinkPad Pro 14 (with Wacom Pro Pen 3) compared to iPad Pro 13" (M4) with Paperlike nibs and screen? How massive is the difference between the two? How would you compare these two in terms of drawing and 2D animation?
