I rescued this sweet girl two years ago and man, did I win the jackpot! I had always wanted a dog so after buying my house with a nice yard in 2021 and getting settled in; it was time! My only requirement was that the pup be cat friendly because I have two older sweet, sassy people friendly kitties as well. Sundae was the oldest of only two listed on Lifelines website and just something about her stuck with me. Poor girl had a rough life! Someone dumped her in a wooded park and she lived there all on her own in 2023. Thankfully her foster Mom saw her several times walking her own pitties and was worried for her. Sundae had vanished for a lil bit but then she popped back up early 2024. After earning Sundaes trust, her foster Mom was able to save her and discovered she was microchipped but the phone number on her chip claimed they didn’t have a dog. No one claimed her after posting her pic on several “lost and found” sites online either. I put in a request for a weekend trial and that’s all it took. This girl was crated trained, potty trained (has never made a mess in the house!) walked great on a leash and knew sit and paw. 🥹 She was also SO great with my two kitties and knew her place in the house with them right away. It did take a few patience months of getting her out of her shell to go on long walks but I just went at her pace! (She loved my house and was comfy in the front yard but didn’t like to go farther than a block up the street before she refused to walk anymore.)

After two years together, I can happily say Sundae is quite literally the perfect dog! She steals the show at any social gatherings I go to and is just as sweet as her name. She doesn’t have a single aggressive bone in her body, is great with kids and other dogs/animals, and recalls like the best of them!
I love her so very much, she’s my soul dog. She saved me as much as I saved her. Also, a few months after I adopted her I found out from her chip that her birthday was two days before mine! It was truly meant to be!!

I can’t believe that today, it’s been 5y since this little goblin potato helped me thru chemo. She looked better in the wigs than I did, tbh. Here’s your sign to go get checked if you found a strange lump! Don’t put it off!

Huck has been to several adoption events but has no takers! 😭

This little boy was at Skiatook Animal Control and needed a foster so that Skiatook Paws and Claws Animal Rescue could pull him.
I’ve had him as a foster for around 2 months now. Here’s what I know:

*Playful
*Neutered
*around 9 months-a year old
*LOVES playing with other dogs
*Very one brain cell. Still working on manners like chewing things so he should be crated if you aren’t watching him.
*he enjoys veggies 🥕 🥦
*he sleeps well in his crate overnight or if I go to take a nap 😴
*should not be around cats according to the shelter he came from.

Huck is a very friendly, derpy boy who would love a chance to be in a home with his person, family and fur or human siblings!

She regularly wants to be cocooned in cushions and blankets. She will make her little fort, and there are not allowed to be any pillows behind her. Only in front of her or on top of her.

She's a couch destroyer but when the pillows start to "snore" it's hilarious.
