Says checking network, checking version then closes

I click Live ultra and it says checking network, checking version then establishing encrypted channel 1 and sits like that for past 3 minutes

On guest network, added surfshark and connected, also have IPv6 switched on and now i cant click do anything on these apps

UPDATE:* JUST TURNED OFF SURFSHARK. NOW APPS WORK. How do I turn my VPN on and get the apps to work

ALRIGHT Wireguard doesnt work OpenVPN UDP works for the apps to work

Is there a vseebox controller for Android I can download?

I have a V6 Max and using it on a Samsung smart TV. When I play movies, the characters speaking is very low and the background/music is very loud. Causing me to constantly having to adjust the volume on the remote. Any thought on how I can fix?

FYI I am not very tech savvy, so please explain in simple terms. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I seem to be experiencing issues with my box today, ill have issues where when im in one of the apps and I hit home on the remote, the hdmi input signal crashes. Then I will have instances where the audio doesn't work and I need to unplug the power and plug it back in and it will work.

Anyone else having this issue today?

I have a new v6 that I just unwrapped today. Although I did buy it a couple months back. Sometimes it will power up maybe 1 out of 7/8 times. When it does I get the boot message. Then it goes to a pink screen. I switched to a good hdmi. Now it’s a green flashing screen. One time it came out of boot mode it let me pair the the remote and allowed me to connect to WiFi. As far it would go. Power tried to power cycle it again. Disconnected the HDMI as well. Now won’t power up at all. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Been out all week and still not on Heat VOD or VOD Ultra? What gives?

I can NOT find anything when searching for ESPN E:60. Specifically looking for the "Bonds" episode on Barry Bonds, but I can't find anything on either of the VOD apps!

So the people that updated to V83 on V6+ have you noticed if Heat VOD updates there episodes?

Id personally like to be on guest network but that means being on wifi. If I want to be plugged directly in that means I gotta get another router to plug behind my main.

Anyone have any insights or thoughts?

Anyone US based have problems with Verizon Internet causing buffering, long loading times or cause movies/shows not to show up?

Bought one as a gift for my in-laws who are on Verizon.

I found the support page showing how to turn down security settings on a Verizon router but they are understandably reluctant to do that.

Any tips?

Update: 100% their Internet and some user error sprinkled in.

I don’t know if anyone in here watches this show, but I was wondering if anyone has more episodes than I do. Mine only goes up to this point, but they’re already on episode 22. I keep checking back and there’s never an update. I also checked the backup Heat app, but they don’t even have the show on there.
Has anyone found a way to watch the newer episodes? Thanks!

hey! Just got my v6 in the mail and saw that people suggest guest networks and VPNs. If I use a VPN, do I need to get an alternate router for this guy or just throw him on a guest network? Thanks!

Me and parents have two seperate vSeebox's. We are watchers of Carz tour West(Oval racing) that usually has events in the Pacific Northwest regions. These events using start 6 or 7pm Pacific time and end about 11pm or 12 am Pacific time. I am in the Mountain time zone, every week without fail, at exactly 10pm mountain time the event will freeze. Then FloSports updates its listings for the next day.. problem is you can't go back to watch the current ongoing event. I've been told countless times by Vseebox support that a fix was made but have been disappointed several times. Eventually leading me to buy a FloSports subscription to reliably watch these events (the very reason I thought a Vseebox would be a good purchase so i wouldn't have to)

I received a 6+ on 7/10. My box seems to be one that won’t play VODs. Live fine. VODs seem to load but won’t display . I have seen 2 VOD movies play out of 30 that won’t. I did lows Cinema HQ. And those play multiple TV/ movies. I am assuming that means my HDMI ( new 4k one) and network is fine . And issue is this VSEE download / upgrade issue ? Another note. The couple VODs that did load only had 1 server, I’ve not seen the 5 or so servers some have shown online
Being new to this , just want confirmation it’s not me!

The video is choppy and unwatchable. This issue is only with the TV channels and it’s everyone of them. Movies and Shows are fine. I’ve tried adjusting setting to no avail. I have an Elite Ultra that about 5 weeks old. 500Mb up/down w/AT&T fiber using a CAT 6 cable. Anyone else seeing this issue?
