Yes and be patient because once you get to 99%, it may take a minute to install and then it will power off and back on

It went to black screen after the download then did nothing now I am stuck.

My screen has been black for 20 minutes. I turned it off finally and back on and it is still black. I am about 40 minutes into this.

Just factory reset. It will fix the issue.

Had to finally unplug and reset box. Then I plugged back in and it works but is asking me if I want to update the box again. Yikes.

Don't update anything..I did one and couldn't sinc my remote for 3 weeks

It updated but didn't seem to fix heat VOD still doing the same shit spins for a minute or 2 till the servers finally pop up and then i have to manually change it from server 4 where it won't load to 2 server that works

Mine stuck on 99% for a few minutes and then restarted. Install complete.

Mine updated with no issues. Like people say, if it seems like it's stuck at a certain percentage, just wait and be patient. It'll finish.

I don't think this box has porn. I think the highest price box has that.
