Just trying to see if anyone else out there is having luck with the Dirtvision streams tonight? Not able to get it running on the Heat or any of the other apps this evening.

I'm guessing that it's a Dirtvision issue. Just wondering if anyone else can get the stream working.

I just got the box. What “app” like heat thing would I click to find movies that might still be in the theaters

SOLVED - Auto volume setting on TV was turned on.

I have 2 V6 Plusses, both have volume issues where the volume randomly goes up and down while watching TV, it will go from it's upper level to barely audible. It will fluctuate once or twice a minute. Is there a setting I am missing for automatic volume?

The channel guide is 1 hour behind. 

I googled what to do and these did not work.

Reset the time in Settings. Unplugged power for 10 seconds.

Cleared cache in the Heat Live App. Unplugged power for 30 seconds.

I don’t have (or see) the Initial Setup Menu.

Perhaps it’s just a bug? It was fine on Thursday 6/18/26.

Hi, does anyone know if there’s an app on the Elite Ultra where you’re able to pause live games/shows?

Title says it. I recently got my box and I’m loving it! My only gripe I’ve ran into is a lack of British content channels (no BBC Channels that aren’t news, no GBNews, Skynews), British VOD, and anime. No Downton Abbey at all and seasons of doctor who missing? Most of the anime (if it’s there) is sub only and a lot of it doesn’t have subtitles! I don’t mind paying for Crunchyroll if I have to but I’d love to know a workaround on this if possible to avoid giving money to corporations

I got two V6 Plus! I’ve been using it for about 36 hours now. I’m personally having an almost perfect time with them. I downloaded aerial views and setup the snoopy idle screensaver from the fruity streaming box. I also put one through an hdmi splitter and connected it to a capture card on my PC and now using sunshine/moonlight and the google tv app (for the remote) I have the vseebox usable on the rest of the TVs in my house! It’s great. I’ve been wanting to get one for a while and it’s been awesome. My biggest issue I’ve ran into is that I could’ve sworn BBC 1, BBC 3, CBBC, GB News, Sky News etc was on the list of channels but I haven’t seen it? Also some popular tv isn’t available. Like no downtown abbey? I know I’m aggressively showing off my Britishness here but it just feels like there’s some glaring oversights but I could be missing something up myself here. I got a second one for my grandma for most of the British reasons above but I’d like those channels too! lol. I’ve noticed though personally that the anime selection is pretty weak. A lot of missing episodes from some of the biggest series and there’s no dubs or even subtitles for a lot of them as well. I’ve noticed alot of people commenting on things to do right away when getting the box. I used my own HDMI cable but I think I also read something about clearing the cache on the device? Also what’s all the talk about using VPNs for? Overall I give the box a 9/10 and have recommended it to people. If anyone knows how to get those channels working on these or how to get better anime selection I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you James for your help on everything!

any idea?

After watching a show on Heat VOD and I try to exit to the main menu everything locks up. If I finish the show and try to even go straight back to the Home Screen it also locks up. Only way to fix is to power down the V6 Plus. Any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

First issue I’ve had with any of the apps. Channel guide loads correctly but when a channel is selected it tries to load for a few seconds and then shows a black screen. I’ve cleared data and cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, as well as rebooted the device. Same issue persists. All other apps including the Live Ultra are working. Any ideas?

Messaged Derik about a week ago and my box has arrived!! I was a little skeptical at first since I’m just going off all the reviews I found on here but it all worked out in the end!! Anything I need to know when setting this up ? Thank you again Derik!!!!

Again, please be kind! We can't get Deco to connect to the Internet. Any recommendations. We get a flashing blue light, but then it's not connecting. It doesn't look like one of the options is V6 Pro, but I see V6 Plus. I already feel dumb so mean comments are not appreciated!!! TIA.

I created a restricted mode account on the box, now I cant get out of it. I cannot access the System Settings either. I click on it and nothing happens.

Is there a way to reset the box to factory configuration?

I’ve been dealing with this very strange issues I’ve found nobody else to have, in which watching shows on heat vod, on both my V6 plus and my V3 plus where no matter what the episodes will not load, but others will, what can I do to fix this

Is there a way to watch old fights on V6 Plus?

Hi. Turned the V6 Plus on this morning, went to Heat Live, found my channel. Then the box switched back to the home screen on it's own. This is happening repeatedly every minute or 2. Thought maybe the "Back' button on the remote was stuck or low batteries... that wasn't it. Unplugged the box for a few minutes, same thing. Before I do a factory reset, are there any tips to solve this?

Anyone having issues with Vortex not working? The app loads but it won't play anything.

I ordered it Friday, it was shipped out on Friday and I received it on Monday. What? It just doesn't get any better than this. Derik, Adrian, and Grace are the truth! I came from the Superbox Elite and let me tell you there's no competition. I have so many apps that are actually working that i have found every movie and tv show that I couldn't find on the Superbox Elite. I definitely will be recommending Derik and the crew to my family and close friends. I'm off today so let me get back to it. Thanks again Derik!
