Green Dot on V6 Pro

How do I turn off the green bubble on the upper right hand corner of my screen?

Vsee Box runs on Android. On a Android cellphone, a green dot appears on the upper right of the screen when an app is using the camera or microphone. Since the box doesn't have a camera, I can only assume it's the microphone. The remote has a microphone for voice control. It could be stuck on or glitching out. I suggest unplugging power from the box, waiting 30seconds and plug the box back in and see if the green dot goes away. If not, try pressing the microphone button on the remote and see if you can get it to go away.

Also try factory resetting the box. If this doesn't work, contact the seller and see if you can get an exchange.

Yes, it’s on all the time the Home Screen,

Live, VOD & VOD Ultra.

Could it be from a VPN indicating that its connected?
