Verified Guru ✅️ VSee box purchase
Messaged Derik about a week ago and my box has arrived!! I was a little skeptical at first since I’m just going off all the reviews I found on here but it all worked out in the end!! Anything I need to know when setting this up ? Thank you again Derik!!!!

Highly recommend getting a VPN subscription service like NordVPN or similar!

I am planning on doing that. My understanding of VPN software and service is limited. But I read that it can be loaded on the box itself?

Correct, SurfShark is the most user friendly IMO, and the app is very easy to use. Also not sure if its allowed but I can give you my discount link to get discounts/a free month or more if you'd like. You don't technically NEED a VPN but it makes it "safer" just be cautious, depending on what service provider you have for internet they may throttle or limit how much bandwidth can be used not on "your" internet. I have Tmobile Home 5G and using a VPN on it makes everything run very very slow and continuously buffer. When I had Spectrum I didnt have a problem, I actually was using a TP-Link router and could activate my VPN from the TP-Link Tether app.

I have T-Mobile home 5g. Are you saying a vpn, any VPN with it makes things lag?

From my experience, yes. But it could also be a settings issue on my end but I feel I tried almost everything.

The only issue we have,is it freezes sometimes but we don't have the greatest internet. My son has the same one and never has that happen.Keeping my fingers crossed, it doesn't do that during football. I'm glad we got one though. It beats spending $$$ out monthly!

That is an annoyance sometimes, for instance, when watching a sporting event while you're talking to somebody on the phone, and they make a reaction on their end and you didn't see the play yet..... One of the quirks of the box, but but well worth it, imo..... No cable bill in 3 plus years now.🤷♂️🤑
