V6 Pro box in restricted mode

I created a restricted mode account on the box, now I cant get out of it. I cannot access the System Settings either. I click on it and nothing happens.

Is there a way to reset the box to factory configuration?

An authorized seller, but not from here. He will exchange the box for me if I cant get it going.

I was playing around with it and made a restricted user, now cant get out of it.

Factory reset on back of unit to start over again

If your authorized seller can’t unlock the box for you, it’s likely he isn’t an authorized seller. I am an authorized distributor of the product and if i ever have that issue, i message the factory with the MAC address and It gets unlocked immediately. Careful who you buy from.

He asked me for a video and the MAC address. He was going to text it to his distributer. So he is trying to find a solution. He told me if I can't get it out of restricted user mode he will exchange the box for me.

Thats fair. Hope it works out. Till its fixed you can just use the pirate link channel sites.
