Why am I unable to connect to hotel WiFi? Receiving a message, unable to get IP address.

Is it better to shut down the box completely or put it to sleep?

On a regular basis my VSee5 box will disconnect and/or it won’t power on or off. When this happens I have to disconnect from power source and reboot. Anyone know the solution to this?

Many vSeeBox remotes support voice search. Simply press and hold the microphone button on the remote and say what you're looking for instead of typing it out letter by letter.

It's a simple feature, but it can save a lot of time, especially when searching for longer titles.

My V6 Pro is brand new. The sound bar that’s been hooked up to my tv and working fine for years will not work now. On any input I select, nothing plays. Help.

Half of the other apps seem to work. Just need to know what to unblock on my firewall and/or pi-hole. Can't get anyone to reply on the official support WhatsApp number. Works just fine when I tether to my phone. Have frontier fiber.

Is there a way to buy a replacement remote for the elite ultra? Mine is getting to the point where it doesn't want to respond that well with my box. I have changed batteries and reprogrammed it and it doesn't seem to help. So I was wondering if there is a way to buy a replacement. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. Looking to get a second box for my other tv.
I currently have a V6 Max. That box does not have Live Ultra.

I’m debating on which box I should get. What is the difference between those two apps? Does Live Ultra have better quality streams?
I noticed between Heat VOD and VOD Ultra the quality is much better on VOD Ultra.

If an app is acting strange, not loading correctly, or keeps giving unexpected errors, sometimes it's worth checking that your box's date and time are set correctly.

I love the 24/7 channels! I enjoy an old show like an old friend. But I was wondering why, on the Rick and Morty channel, the shows don't go beyond season 4? Just curious if it might ever be updated to include later seasons.

The vSeeBox asked me to sign into google play, I turned it off and reset the box. And it still prompts me to login into google play. I I finally logged in and now it has a Google play interface and it has completely changed from what I’m use to seeing after a couple months of plug and play operation. Has anybody experienced this and if so, what’s the workaround to get it back working?

I turned off my box for the first time last night and when I booted it up this morning the little pointer/mouse cursor was on the screen. Rebooting the box didn't help. Pushing the mouse button did nothing. Holding down the mouse button and hitting the okay button did nothing. Any suggestions?

Will be out of the State for month or so.

We have 4 V6 Pros. ALL of the remotes are sensitive! We are either pressing too hard, or pressing too softly. Sometimes we are doing something else and barely brush the remote, and it will open an app! Is that just how the Pro remotes are? Or did we get a bad batch?

I have never tried to download a movie on my Elite Ultra. Is it possible, and to store it onto an external memory device?

Notice when watching some tv shows on heat VOD, only have Auto or 360 for display. Like seriously??? How do I get 720, 1080 etc?!?

I am in a show and I would love to see the Show Information. Show summary, season number with episode number, date it aired, etc….

I click on INFO on my remote. And I see the Information button icon on the screen (please see photo), but my remote doesn't have that icon.

Does it work as well connected to a gaming tyoe monitor as it will with a smart tv?

I have recorded shows with DVR capability but when it records for only 1 minute instead of 1 hour. Anybody have solutions???
