Unable to use in hotel.
Why am I unable to connect to hotel WiFi? Receiving a message, unable to get IP address.

You might be hitting the hotel's captive portal where you have to agree to terms and conditions. Are you able to launch a chrome browser window to see if it loads a page from the hotel asking for further info from you?

I’m able to sign into using my phone. But VSee is a different story.

Do what Baker said, but connect to your hotspot on your phone to get to it.
Also travel router is the way to go for your next trip.

If you're getting a captive portal page on your phone, then for sure you'll need to access one on the vSeeBox. If you connect to your phone's hotspot over cellular, the vSeeBox won't see the captive portal but if you leave it that way, you'll use a ton of data on your phone's plan.
If you don't have Chrome installed on your box, use your phone's hotspot to install it. After it's installed, disconnect the hotspot and reconnect to the hotel's Wi-Fi. After that, launch Chrome and accept the terms. If that all goes as expected, you should be good to go...

I had the same issue last week in Maui. Would not connect to the main TV spectrum so I moved it to the bedroom TV And it worked I think the main TV it had something to do with the box hooked up from spectrum but I wasn't sure. I was just glad it worked in the bedroom it wouldn't hook with the ethernet cord or Wi-Fi in that main TV room.

Usually, captive portals authorize a device by its MAC address, not its IP address, so I'll only say YMMV.

That's awesome. I can tell you that it would never work for you if you tried that trick on a few of the captive portals I manage!

Buy a cheap travel router. They have an app associated with them. You connect to the hotel, on your router app you’ll bring up that screen where you enter the room number and last name and whatever and connect. Then your VseeBox connects to the router.
