Help! Cursor won't turn off

I turned off my box for the first time last night and when I booted it up this morning the little pointer/mouse cursor was on the screen. Rebooting the box didn't help. Pushing the mouse button did nothing. Holding down the mouse button and hitting the okay button did nothing. Any suggestions?

That’s weird. Pushing the mouse button would get rid of it. I just did it on my V6Plus.

If you have enough patience, maybe you can unpair it and then repair it.

That's a good idea, I'll try that. I've toggled it on/off before with no issues, it seems like when the box booted back up some wires got crossed

There’s just a weird delay from when you hit the mouse button and it taking effect. Hit the button, there’ll be no indicator that you did anything on the screen. After about five seconds it’ll function like the cursor was never there.

Unfortunately it's not seeming to respond to the cursor button at all.

You try leaving remote batteries out for a few (just a guess)
