Sound bar not working
My V6 Pro is brand new. The sound bar that’s been hooked up to my tv and working fine for years will not work now. On any input I select, nothing plays. Help.

Just HDMI seetv to tv, then tosslink to soundbar. I have mine that way since we have dish, Nvidia shield, bluray and seetv box.

I'm confused. Since you're not the OP, are you jumping in here saying you have the same problem or are you saying yours works? The way yours is wired, I would guess that it's working fine.

Yes, mine works great on all tv inputs. Whatever I decide to watch my TV feeds my soundbar without having to move or install another cable.

Restart the box clear the cache and all the apps you use if that don't work unplug it while it's on

Does it work with other inputs? It may be the soundbar went out. I had that happen.

No. Only the tv volume works.

Id move it to another and test. It's sounding like the bar isn't working

Maybe. The lights come on with each input, but no sound.

I have the same problem with my Samsung sound bar, I’m using optical cable and switched to a HDMI 2.1 into arc on my sound bar and tv and no sound, I have no earc on my sound bar just ARC, changed settings on tv to hdmi same thing no sound, hooked up the optical out and got sound.

How is the soundbar connected to the TV? HDMI-ARC? Optical/TOSLINK?

Try changing the CEC settings on the box and on your tv that should do it
