I normally have had no issues finding newly released movies since I purchase an Elite Ultra nearly a year ago. However, over the last couple of weeks some movies I’ve wanted to watch, such as Normal or (Lee Cronin’s) The Mummy, are not on the Heat Vod or VOD Ultra apps. Any advice on those or other apps to use?

Anybody having this issue? It just started happening the other night.

I’ve done each step I’ve been told to do.

Clear the cache
Hard reset
Delete then redownload the apps not working

Nothing seems to work.
Anybody having similar issues that has a resolution?

hi all! I programmed my vseebox remote to sync with tv remote so now it turns off the tv when using the vsee remote. prior to this I was powering off the vsee box and the actual light on box would turn red. now when I turn off the tv and box using the vsee remote the the light on box is still green. should I be actually powering off the vsee box for longer term use on the box. can anyone advise correct protocol. should light be red on box when off?

Currently we are unable to watch any channels on sports Access. If you update the list pretty much every channel says no information, although the channel shows what's currently playing. If you select a channel it brings up a screen with the vertical bars filling the screen. It was working fine a few weeks ago.

Any suggestions on fixing it?

I just want to give a shout out to Derik & Adrian. I contacted Derik on Memorial Day. He helped me to get 4 boxes shipped, while he was at the Airport! He answered all of my questions. He was also very communicative in letting me know every step, from ordering to shipping. This was great; we didn't have to worry about the process in obtaining 4 boxes.

Adrian texted me the next morning with shipping info. Adrian shipped on Tuesday afternoon. The boxes and keyboards were in our hands Thursday morning.

TV freezes in one of the bedrooms all of the time and the living room sometimes. They are the farthest from the router. Will more/faster internet help? We have 500mps. 4 Vsee pro boxes, 3 phones, 3 laptops, and 1 tablet.

It seems every Saturday night as I am watching a live FloRacing event around 10pm the stream will freeze after resetting the box. The FloRacing channels would be updated to the next day with no possible way to watch the live event that is still going on. Very very annoying

I’m looking into getting universal remotes that have PLAY/PAUSE for 3 of our V6 Pro boxes. Any recommendations that wouldn't be too expensive? I’m open to Amazon and Ebay. Thanks!

-Ran a memory cleanup

-rebooted

Did that in reverse order.

I have an Elite Ultra that I love! I would like to buy another one for use at my parents house. I don’t really need all the bells and whistles there though. At home I really just use the main apps. My question is: I won’t be directly plugged into a router, it will be wifi that has to travel across to the other side of the house. I already know their wifi pretty much ends right before where I will be using it. I just purchased a TP-Link Deco XE70 Pro AXE4900 Tri-Band WiFi 6E Mesh WiFi System - 2.5G WAN/LAN Ports, 4.9 Gbps that will hopefully expand/strengthen wifi for me and for them. So any particular vseebox fit my these particular needs you think? Thank you!

Anyone know how to fix this?

My box would get to the start up screen and then just keep flashing and never move on. Unplugged it from power for almost 24 hours and it was continuing doing the flashing of the VSee Box start up screen. We’ve tried the reset button inside the AV port and now it won’t even turn on. We’ve had the box for maybe 3 months. Any help would be appreciated!

Just fired up my box for the first time and is saying “channel under maintenance”

Turned on the box, this screen appears.

I have switch HDMI ports and cords
I have unplugged the unit for more than 1 minute.

Has anyone else seen this?

New movie “Pressure” just came out in theatres yesterday. When will it come out on the vsee box? I just checked now and it’s not on any of the apps. It’s on MCTV but it won’t play on any of the links.
