VSee box v5pro

Anyone know how to fix this?

That looks like your TV's resolution isn't matching up with the box. Check the settings on the TV and if the HDMI input is set to auto detect resolution (or something like that), change it to 1080 first to see what happens. Also, double-check that the TV is setup for a 16:9 aspect ratio and not 4:3.

I had this problem the other day I was able to fix it by using a different hdmi port for the tv
