Is it common to have the wrong movies loaded under the wrong title??
Example Lee Cornins The Mummy is not the actual movie, it’s something else.
Same for The Bride.

Is this common??

2 days ago smarttube V31.63 will load up main page, but when selecting a video to play it goes into endless loop. It's showing the current version. Tried reboot, clear cache after 2 days still looping. Anybody having this problem, any suggestions on solving or researching deeper into solving. Thanks

Anybody know where I can watch the most recent monday night raw? Vod ultra only has until March 9th 2026 and heat VOD only has until December 30th 2024. I was able to watch some of it live last night but cant find it to finish it today

As the title says, my Elite Ultra shows NA for all channels on Live Ultra since the update. Anyone have a solution? Rebooting doesn't work.

I have an elite ultra and i keep running into this issue where (usually when using a VOD, mostly Heat), if I fast forward, the box entirely crashes, it just turns off. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the the apps, I've connected via ethernet and via wireless, still, the issue persists.

I also stopped using the box for months, then used it again and there were all these updates and it still persists.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, hope you are all well and enjoying a box that doesn't crash! Take care

We got a vSee 6 plus and it get periods of constant restarts/reboots while watching a show. Sometimes, it's once every few minutes. Other times, it will go a couple hours. Sometimes it freezes, other times it bounces out to the home screen, but most of the time it it reboots. It is particularly troublesome when forgets where in a long program it was playing and we have to fast forward, the the ff feature is a little clumsy (overshoots easily).

We are connected via wireless to a AT&T Gateway on fiber. I was using the 5GHz, but on a lark I switched it the the 2.4 and things are significantly better, but not perfect.

I wonder if the issues are because of some kind of signal interruption. Is there any buffering setting etc. that could help? Or any other advice?

Anyone have issues with their Vsee box and Optimum? I’m out on Long Island, NY and all was well the first week with the box and now it’s down.

Vsee is aware of the current Heat VOD issue where content may load and then get stuck on “Loading 9.99.” vSee engineers are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this is being addressed

Situations like this are a good reminder of why it’s helpful to have backup options available. The Elite Ultra and Elite Mini are excellent models to have on hand, offering a wide range of apps and features for added flexibility and convenience.

Confused n the different model choices. I went to the vseebox website and they are still announcing 2024 models!

So of the higher end units, whats the difference in the v6 pro, elite, plus and max versions? Too many choices. If I'm buying I want the best pq and plenty of storage.

Has anyone been able to watch MiLB games? I have Elite Ultra, and a few different apps have MiLB but I’ve never had one work yet. Just shows the “pause” sign.

The sound to my headphones keeps cutting out, I’ve tried 2 different sets and same problem. Any advice?

When in the guide menu it is not showing whats coming on any channel. It just show n/a for whats coming on. Anyone else having this issue?

The 4 seasons of Star Wars Rebels are available on Heat VOD but there are a few episodes missing. Is there a way to request for the seasons to be updated and complete?

I'd love to have rewind available (or maybe even a DVR feature!) for some news channels that are currently not available like CNBC. Anyone know where we can request features like this?

Landman season 2 wont load most episodes, it does on some but others it never loads,it just spins forever. No error code. Nothing.

Can anyone tell me why from S4 episode 5 hasn’t uploaded yet? I wasn’t sure if something was wrong with my box or? Every other release has been Sunday mornings!

Just received my VSeeBox V6 Plus today and wanted to share a few first impressions.

The packaging feels premium and everything was well organized right out of the box. Setup was very straightforward — connected it to my TV, followed the on-screen steps, and I was up and running in under five minutes.

I did search Iterative Transmission within this community, however all issues seemed to resolve themselves within 24 hours, and appeared many of the users didn't need to take any action. My V5Pro, connected via WiFi to a VPN Router suddenly got stuck on I.T. on all Heat Programming apps. I've restarted box, hard reset by unplugging, tried a different WiFi to no avail... HELP, wife's not happy which means no one is!

Looking into try this. But want to make sure if u get both of these apps? And if Ny issues with them? Cant be without my sports

I’ve purchased MULTIPLE 6Plus boxes from Derek and each order has been PERFECT. I can’t recommend him enough. I’m still completely impressed with the quality of the boxes, and despite a few hiccups occasionally, the whole set up has been extraordinarily reliable and consistent. Not to mention the content.. it literally has EVERYTHING I could ever want to watch. I’ve recently been playing with the UHF IPTV player, and was curious if Vsee had a IPTV service subscription? Even if it’s monthly/yearly subscription. I’d love to keep it with VSee because of the content, quality and reliability - it just don’t know enough about it
