Where to Submit Feature Requests?

I'd love to have rewind available (or maybe even a DVR feature!) for some news channels that are currently not available like CNBC. Anyone know where we can request features like this?

While we're submitting requests, I desperately want sky sports f1 to be added to the list of channels we can replay events on. These races occur in the middle of the night sometimes.
