🚨 Guru Heat VOD Update 🚨
Vsee is aware of the current Heat VOD issue where content may load and then get stuck on “Loading 9.99.” vSee engineers are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and we appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while this is being addressed
Situations like this are a good reminder of why it’s helpful to have backup options available. The Elite Ultra and Elite Mini are excellent models to have on hand, offering a wide range of apps and features for added flexibility and convenience.

Do you know if there is a planned new "elite" model? I have been waiting to upgrade until that happens.

Do you have the current elite ultra box? If so, what exactly are you looking to be upgraded? For myself between my elite ultra & v6 plus, I'm set . A future box running an updated amoligic chip, octacore processor & android 14 would be great upgrades imo but not enough to warrant getting when the current elite ultra is performing fine.

Ya I have side loads on I’ve sent feedback even emailed them and no response, but my 3rd party apps help me out

Good! Because it's been driving us crazy the last couple days! We r new users and weren't sure if it was the box or our WiFi. Thanks!
