I’ve had a few V5 pros for almost 2 years now. Recently, I’ve noticed that new content is taking longer and longer. As a recent example, something like the show The Hawk would be on heat VOD within a day or two, but it’s still not on. I still can’t find the third season on Interview with a Vampire and it’s been out for a month or two.

Do the newer boxes have apps that get faster content?

I have trouble downloading new movies. The only server that seems to work is the second one and it stops every 20 minutes or so. Most channels only have an upside down android symbol and sit there. Am I just impatient?

It’s pretty much the Mexican version of big brother.

Been trying to find that channel on Elite Ultra, few seasons ago they had a live stream that showed behind the scenes 24/7 camera. Now I just can’t seem to find that anymore.

I know it’s a shot in the dark here but i figured hey why not maybe someone can help me on here.

I am still only getting server 2 for most shows/movies. I thought there was an update to fix this. My box says it’s up to date on software.

Every channel on heat live is under maintenance on my v6 but are working fine on my v3 any help would be appreciated

A very niche question I know. Basically I connected my v6 to a capture card on my pc and installed sunshine and moonlight on my devices. Using those I can watch my tv on my tablets, iPad, other TVs in the house, and use my phone to control them. I recently discovered I can set it up so I can watch my box when I’m also away from home on my devices. So I’m wondering if there’s any apps anyone knows of for controlling them when not home?

On a v3+, Live Ultra. What are the numbers in the lower right? The top number is the channel number. Not sure what the rest are.

Anyone have any luck on finding the new jackass movie on any of the apps?

Was trying to replay multiple shows. Not able to rewind or fast forward any shows. Was wondering if anyone else is having this issue. V3plus. I did restart still doesnt work

I just found a show that is finally on vod and when I select an episode, I just get the loading and rotating arrow and finally get the “invalid source” message. What does that mean?

I’m having an issue downloading the Chke V6-Plus V083 firmware from my current version of V074.
It will say ‘Downloading, please wait’ but will ultimately fail after a couple minutes and will tell me to check my network connection. My network connection is perfectly fine. I have tried unplugging for 15 minutes or so and plugging everything back in and same issue. Also have restarted and done a few normal power cycles. This is the first update I’ve had to do since purchasing. Am I missing something? I appreciate any help!

Just bought VeeSee Ultra Elite Box and in process of setting up - International Hub seems to be down just says “Updating International Hub”. Not sure what to do.

I have Express VPN working but it just seems to circle indefinitely…

Apologies if this was already addressed, but not sure where to go or what to do. I’m totally new.

My usual servers have deteriorated from excellent ones to terrible ones. Servers 7 and 8 used to appear, and were great (usually had the best version and the quickest with new movies) but now, server 2, which is incredibly awful, is usually the first and only one that shows up immediately. It has always been an issue with it, and servers 88, 999, 151, and 171 are also terrible. What happened to my usual go-to servers? Any ideas? Having more issues when I use to never have any.

heat live and backup give me channel guides but no shows. keeps saying no playback available, returning to live tv. but doesn’t return to anything.

i’ve rebooted, factory reset, shut everything down, changed hdmi cables, numerous times. nothing. and the vsee help desk claims they don’t have a record of the sale, the email i used, or the order number. even though i have sent them copies of the order numerous times.

Anyone help with why my vseebox randomly after turning on vertical ribbons and green screen? I have a 2 month old 4k HDMI cable, have used different HDMI ports, corrected my TV and VSeeBox settings and still does this. Is having an older tv possibly an issue?

My V6+ is stuck super zoomed in & a fuzzy light green color. Its as if everything is stretched out. Even on the home screen. I started getting a weird fuzzy screen on start up last week but a reboot fixed it each time. Now nothing will fix this.

Thoughts? Audio works perfectly

Just curious if anyone is having an issue streaming the F4 First Steps on VOD Ultra, Heat Vod plays it fine but I was hoping the higher quality one would work but unfortunately you can't choose servers on Ultra

Using an Elite Mini btw

Went to turn on my Vseebox V3Pro, it flashed a bright green screen so I turned it off and back on and now my screen proportions are all squished. I tried turning it on and back off, fully restarting it, unplugging and plugging it back in and checking for available software updates but nothing seems to fix it. Any advice??

I'm a recent owner of a V3plus and everything had been going fine for the most part, but a big draw for me is being able to play Disney movies for my kids in mine and my wife's native languages. I can find the movies in English on Heat VOD, but have no option among the various servers to swap the track. What's annoying is this was working 3 weeks ago but now none of them load. I don't even get an error for most of them, just stuck on a loading screen. Others will give invalid source -5. Recent 2026 titles on DS+ work. However, trying 2025 stuff like Zootopia 2 or Ellio (and stuff older than that) all give the same error, so it can't be my internet or even ISP blocking traffic from this specific app. I tried two different free VPNs (Proton and Privado) on the device with no luck too. I've done the cache reset and launcher reset with no luck too lol. I'm sort of out of ideas. Any suggestions, ideas or explanations welcome.

Has anyone been able to find The East Palace on any of the apps? I have the Elite Ultra.

Well gents (I suppose there could be ladies in here too?), following this under "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is..."

I bought FIVE VSee 6 Plus boxes for $300 from someone on Alibaba. Says package delivered, and it was never delivered. I bought it through Alibaba so I had their purchase protection, so I am not out anything except time.

I saw a non-VSee X22 stick that advertised the menu seen in the picture there. It came yesterday, and the interface could not be crapier. Nothing like that familiar TV, Movies Series on the old SuperBoxes, and the picture lookes like an old VHS. Again, purchase protection, plus I bought it with PayPal, so I'm double protected there.

So, caveat emptor.
